The bonding should occur immediately after the application. Initial adhesion and strength build of HP008 is excellent and the bonded materials can be used for further processing shortly after leaving the assembly area.
Processing temperatures: Roll coater 245-255°F (118-124°C) Hot melt gun 245-255°F (118-124°C)
To clean, first remove as much molten material as possible from the line or coater. Then flush or clean the unit with the proper purge or a product that is recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Cleaner is available in the form of Ever-Lock® 2U233 purge for hot melt guns and nozzles and Ever-Lock® 2U373 for roll coater applications.
