H.B. Fuller BCF-1 is a butyl tape that is pressure-sensitive and has butyl-coated foam. It adheres aggressively to most substrates and easily conforms to irregular contours. It offers excellent weatherability and has a highly compressible PVC foam core encapsulated with high-tack butyl adhesive and sealant. It is commonly used as a sealant against moisture and dust elements for various applications, including bus and truck bodies, windows, and as a compliant sealant to protect against water penetration and prevent corrosion and moisture damage in sealant tapes and patches.

PVC TrimWelder™ Fast Cure is a medium-viscosity, solvent-free structural adhesive system that provides flexibility, toughness, and surface adhesion for bonding all forms of PVC to themselves, metals, or wood. Cured performance shows excellent adhesion and bond strength to nylons, polystyrene, fiberglass, reinforced plastics, stone, ceramics, and most plain and plated metal components. It provides superior shock and thermal resistance when bonding rubbers, metals, and plastics in harsh environments and displays excellent strength and flexibility on a variety of substrates. H.B. Fuller 2240 is tested to ISO 10993-5 for biocompatibility, making it suitable for use in medical applications.
