Clarity® Hot Melt Adhesives offer limitless possibilities for your labeling needs, providing the freedom to innovate, accelerate production, and set your brand apart with exceptional performance. These adhesives are formulated to deliver the required adhesion strength and reliability for container labeling applications, offering significant consumption savings and operational efficiencies.
Our adhesives promise robust adhesion at both overlap and pick-up points, even with challenging-to-bond labels. They remain firmly attached to the bottle through transportation and use, flexing with the bottle to ensure durability. Clarity

Tonsan® 1522 White is a two-component adhesive that can cure quickly at room temperature, providing high bond strength. This material is specifically recommended for use with metals, plastics, and glass, and is particularly suitable for sealing and bonding PV modules.

Swift®hardener 9759 is specifically formulated to enhance the heat resistance of Swift®tak 4431 adhesive when used in a weight ratio of 5.5%. By incorporating Swift®hardener 9759, the heat resistance of the adhesive is improved, providing greater durability in high-temperature environments. Swift®hardener 9759 is commonly used for applications involving membrane-pressed 3D cabinet doors, MDF (medium-density fiberboard), and PVC foils, particularly in the manufacturing of kitchen cabinets and counters.

H.B. Fuller HL9647 is an isocyanate-free, hot melt, moisture-curing adhesive. This product forms tough, heat-resistant bonds after full cure. Its cure time is a function of moisture availability and ambient temperatures. The typical cure times of this product at a relative humidity of 30 - 60% and ambient temperatures of 60 - 80°F vary from 3 - 10 days, depending on the substrate and coat weight. The open time of this product varies depending on the substrate and method of application. In a thin film, open times range from 2 to 10 seconds, and bead open times range from 30 to 60 seconds. It bonds well to nonpolar plastics, metals, paper, and wood.

With its high ice water resistance and strong initial wet strength, Swift®tak 4300 ensures reliable labeling performance. It also exhibits excellent water resistance and has a low ammonia odor. Primarily used for bottle labeling, this adhesive provides efficient and dependable bonding on glass surfaces.
