Foster® Chil-Lock CP-240 Asbestos Removal Agent/Post Removal Sealer is an economical, fire-retardant, polymeric water-based asbestos removal agent and post-removal sealer. In its role as a post-removal sealer, it is specifically designed to mist, securely bind, and seal free asbestos fibers and any residual asbestos-containing material (ACM) remaining after removal. Foster® Fibrous Adhesive 81-27™ is an incombustible adhesive formulated with sodium silicate. It is primarily designed for bonding calcium silicate and expanded perlite thermal insulation to both itself and non-porous surfaces. This adhesive provides exceptional adhesion, and ideal working characteristics, and ultimately forms a hard, incombustible film with a brittle texture.

Foster® Sealfas® Coating 30-36™ is a white, fire-resistant indoor coating designed for thermal insulation. It also serves as an adhesive for canvas and glass lagging cloth when used for lagging and laps. This coating offers excellent brushing characteristics, ensuring better coverage and uniformly coated surfaces. It maintains a clean white finish that does not yellow or discolor with age. The surface can be easily washed to remove grease, oil, soot, and other dirt accumulation.

Foster® Interior Defense™ Mold Resistant Coating (40-50) is specially formulated with select EPA-registered antimicrobial agents, ensuring long-term protection against odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew growth on its surface. Childers® CP-126 Adhesive is a high-quality, fast-tacking, water-based adhesive specifically created for attaching HVAC and commercial mechanical insulation. Additionally, it can be used as a contact bond adhesive by applying it to both surfaces. This application method is particularly suitable for situations where water entrapment may be a concern, such as when bonding polystyrene or rubber foam to metal surfaces.

Foster® Duct Liner Adhesive 85-10™ is a synthetic polymer adhesive known for its rapid-setting properties. It is designed for the purpose of adhering to low-density materials such as fibrous glass insulation, duct wrap, and acoustical linings within air handling systems. This adhesive provides strong adhesion and is suitable for application on various surfaces, including painted or unpainted steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum surfaces.

Foster® Vapor-Safe® Coating 30-80 is a water-based, fire-resistant, flexible, high-solids vapor retarder finish suitable for various types of thermal insulation, including polystyrene foam. It can be applied to dry concrete and finished cement surfaces. This coating is formulated for both indoor and light-duty commercial outdoor use, featuring UV resistance. It has a mild, latex "paint-type" odor and is intended for use over insulation on pipes, vessels, ducts, and equipment operating at cryogenic to ambient temperatures.

Swift®tak 4431 is a water-based adhesive. It offers specific features and benefits that are advantageous in various applications. One notable advantage is its high heat resistance, making it suitable for applications that involve exposure to elevated temperatures. Additionally, it is excellent for bonding thick foils, ensuring a strong and durable bond. Swift®tak 4431 is specifically used for membrane-pressed 3D cabinet doors, MDF (medium-density fiberboard), and PVC foils. Foster® Safetee™ Duct Sealant 32-17 is a fire-resistive, fibrated, water-based sealant suitable for both indoor and outdoor use as a vapor barrier for low, medium, and high-velocity heating and air conditioning ducts. This versatile sealant serves as a strong and flexible adhesive and sealant, creating a robust barrier against air leakage.
