Tonsan TS828 is a 10:1 ratio two-component methacrylate structural bonding adhesive. It is suitable for bonding various materials including metals and composite materials. The adhesive has fast curing speed, high strength after curing. Fixture time is 8~10mins under room temperature.

Application Instructions
  • Bonding surfaces should be clean and free of grease for best performance.
  • Mixing part A and part B in the correct ratio and mix thoroughly. Once mixed, it should achieve a uniform color. It is recommended that either mixing equipment or cartridges with static mix nozzles can be used to properly ratio and dispense the adhesive.
  • Applying adhesive on the bonding surface.
  • To assure maximum bond strength, surfaces must be mated within the working time.
