H.B. Fuller EA6405 is a one-component adhesive that can be cured by UV irradiation followed by thermal cure. It has fast UV curing and low-temperature heat curing with outstanding bond strength to PC substrates. This material is designed for structural bonding and has superior adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including plastics and metals such as PC, PMMA, aluminum, stainless steel, and other polar substrates.

H.B. Fuller 48173/58173 is an extra-fast setting, two-component, room temperature-curing epoxy adhesive. This system will cure at as low as -18°C (0°F). It has a convenient mix ratio, excellent cohesive strength, and bonds to most substrates, including concrete, ceramics, metals, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, epoxy, stone, wood, glass, china, and leather. It is recommended for fast patching, fixturing, and other repairs requiring quick handling strength. Two slower-setting versions of this system are also available, which include 58185, which sets in approximately 10 minutes, and 58269, which sets in approximately 20 minutes. This extra-fast-setting epoxy is an excellent general-purpose adhesive. H.B. Fuller 48173/58173 is available in the unique DOUBLE/BUBBLE® job-sized package as Reorder No. 04001.

Magik 8560 is a UL Classified, zero VOC, premium quality water-based adhesive with high tack and rapid setting. HydroArmor® 7740 is a sprayable, latex product that is designed for use on steel, aluminum, fiberglass, and plywood. This highly fire-resistant material can be easily sprayed onto overhead and vertical surfaces to seal joints. Heavy wet film builds can be applied without causing runs, drips, or sagging at bridge seams. Because this material is filled with hollow microspheres, this coating adds little weight to vehicle bodies, even at high film builds.

Swift®lock SL4073 is a reactive hot melt adhesive known for its good initial tack, making it suitable for winter applications. It is a fast-curing version that is commonly used with various substrates such as steel, aluminum, PVC film, and window frames in fenestration projects.

H.B. Fuller EV Therm 440 GB is a modified, highly engineered structural acrylic adhesive designed to provide excellent thermal conductivity while maintaining superior strength and performance properties across a wide range of temperatures and substrates. EV Therm 440 is an excellent flame retardant with a UL94 V0 rating. It allows control of the adhesive gap to a diameter of 0.25mm (0.01").

Foster® 83-13HM ZP Hot Melt Adhesive is a high-performance, pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive (PSA) designed for specific applications in attaching facing materials to various types of thermal insulation in pipe covering and facing projects. This adhesive is compatible with a range of facing materials, including ASJ, FSK, Saran, polyester, and other paper and aluminum foil laminate facings, when used in conjunction with fiberglass, PIR, PUR, phenolic, polystyrene, and cellular glass insulations.

Rakoll® 5010A is a polyurethane-based reactive hot melt adhesive. It belongs to the category of 2K liquid reactive adhesives and is ready for immediate use. This adhesive is known for its excellent flocking capabilities. Rakoll® 5010A is specifically tailored to meet the requirements of the automotive and transportation sectors, with a particular focus on applications within automotive interiors.

ADCOSEAL DCC-1 is a group of extruded, elastomeric, butyl based patches that are designed to insulate, seal and waterproof automotive electrical wire harness joints and grommets. Cyberbond CB TM 44 is a medium strength, medium viscosity, thixotropic anaerobic adhesive for threadlocking and sealing of threaded fasteners that can be disassembled with standard hand tools. Anaerobics are excellent sealants for threads and flanges, they are solvent-free, one component adhesives.

This sealant is compatible with aluminum, stainless steel, metals, wood, and masonry construction materials.

Swift®lock 9053 is a single-component, fully reactive hot melt polyurethane adhesive that cross-links through a chemical reaction with moisture found in the surrounding air and substrates, resulting in a thermoset adhesive. It was specifically formulated for use in the assembly of recreational vehicle subcomponents, such as skins, composite walls, floors, ceilings, and front caps.

Swift®therm 2003NA is an attachment adhesive developed for automotive interior applications. It will adhere to a variety of substrates and has a relatively short open time making it ideal for manual attachments and small pieces.
