H.B. Fuller GI9633 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of metals, plastic, and composite materials without surface preparation. Combined at a 1:1 ratio, it has a working time of 20 to 40 minutes and achieves approximately 50% of ultimate strength in 3 hours at 23°C. This product has designed for use on large structures where a moderate open time is needed. In addition, this product provides a unique combination of excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and super toughness.

Application Instructions
  • Bonding surfaces should be clean and free of grease for best performance.
  • Mix part A and part B in the correct ratio and mix thoroughly. Once mixed, it should achieve a uniform color. It is recommended to use either mixing equipment or cartridges with static mix nozzles to properly ratio and dispense the adhesive.
  • Apply adhesive on the bonding surface.
  • To assure maximum bond strength, surfaces must be mated within the working time.
  • Perform the bonding operation within the temperature range of 5°C–35°C. If the temperature range is exceeded, there will be a risk to the bonding strength.
