H.B. Fuller's Rapidex® reactive hot melt adhesives represent a sophisticated blend of the processing benefits of a hot melt with the robust end-use performance of a polyurethane. These adhesives consistently provide high bond strength and in-use stability to help facilitate line efficiency and productivity. Specifically developed for flat lamination applications, Rapidex® solutions can be utilized across a range of application methods, such as roller, slot, extrusion, or spray. Their versatility extends to both interior and exterior usage, offering flexibility in the product assembly process. This adaptability helps cut down scrap levels, supporting efficient processing whether at 10 or 80 meters per minute.

H.B. Fuller® PD-0364 is a waterborne adhesive that provides high heat and water resistance when properly cured. It is APEO-free with low formaldehyde content. Designed as a binder and resin, this product offers excellent durability for various adhesive applications requiring heat and water-resistant bonding.

Swift®tak 17003-9P is an aqueous adhesive developed specifically for core winding operations which require excellent wet tack. This adhesive offers several advantages, including easy clean-up and minimal build-up during shutdowns. Additionally, it can eliminate "dog ears" during production, and it provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

FH8028F is a single component, heat curable reworkable epoxy CSP/WLCSP underfill. It is designed for fast flow at room temperature while completely filling the gap under the chip. This material is easy to rework and possesses better adhesion and electrical properties.

H.B. Fuller HL9673LT is a reactive hot-melt adhesive known for its high initial tack, making it particularly suitable for applications in the Spring and Autumn seasons. It is commonly used for honeycomb structure assembly, as well as for bonding doors and panels.

Paranol® SA-249 is a styrene acrylic copolymer adhesive that is surfactant stabilized. It offers a high-solids pressure-sensitive adhesive base with excellent dry tack, low peel, and a low glass transition temperature (Tg). It is commonly used in PSA adhesives and masks.

H.B. Fuller MP5401 is a one-component, heat-curable, thixotropic epoxy paste adhesive. It is a non-sag adhesive that forms strong bonds to metals and ceramics. H.B. Fuller MP5401 has exceptional thermal stability and resistance to water, humidity, and solvents. This product offers high heat resistance and cures in less than 36 seconds via induction or infrared heating. Its typical uses include permanent magnet motors and loudspeaker assembly, air conditioning joint tubes and processors, high-temperature structural bonding, filter end caps, and side seam assembly.

ST-30 is a flexible butyl joint sealant designed for sealing precast concrete, manholes, septic tanks, box culverts, concrete pipes, vaults, and vertical panels. It is permanently flexible, tacky, moisture-resistant, and durable against acidic and alkaline environments. Not for use in expansion joints or moving joints. Available in various sizes and shapes, it meets or exceeds ASTM C990 standards for butyl tapes.

Tonsan TS805 High Strength Structural Adhesive is a two components, room temperature curing, 1:1 mix ratio by volume, methacrylate adhesive system. Cured layer has high toughness and good resistance to peeling off. Fixture time is 30 minutes. With good thixotropic property. The product is suitable for bonding a variety of substrates with a minimum of surface preparation.

Tonsan TS828 is a 10:1 ratio two-component methacrylate structural bonding adhesive. It is suitable for bonding various materials including metals and composite materials. The adhesive has fast curing speed, high strength after curing. Fixture time is 8~10mins under room temperature.

H.B. Fuller GI9633 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of metals, plastic, and composite materials without surface preparation. Combined at a 1:1 ratio, it has a working time of 20 to 40 minutes and achieves approximately 50% of ultimate strength in 3 hours at 23°C. This product has designed for use on large structures where a moderate open time is needed. In addition, this product provides a unique combination of excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and super toughness.
