Application and Usage Information
  • Application Information:
    • Surface preparation: All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from frost, grease and loose materials.
    • Application: Apply direct from the reel onto one surface and press sufficiently along its whole length to achieve good initial adhesion. Remove backing paper and offer other surface to the sealant and push firmly to seal across the joint.
    • Application temperature range: 5  - 40°C
  • Usage Information:
    • External Metal Sheeting – sealing end and side laps in steel and aluminum roofing systems.
    • Metal Liner Sheeting – sealing end laps.
    • Sealing rooflights.
    • Sealing metal flashings.
    • Ridge and eaves sealing in combination with foam fillers.
    • Sealing penetrations to roof and wall cladding.
