Swift®bond 9738 is a one-part reactive chemistry urethane adhesive designed specifically for door manufacturing applications within the wood and composites markets. This adhesive provides excellent flow and adhesion to a wide range of substrates. It offers solutions for various press times, ranging from slow to fast. Swift®lock 2U340 is a single-component, fully reactive hot melt adhesive that cross-links through a chemical reaction with moisture found in the surrounding air and substrates, to produce a thermoset adhesive. It was specifically formulated for difficult to bond plastics, such as ABS and vinyl, to a wide variety of metals. It was designed to provide a good balance of properties. The rheology of the product gives excellent release from roll coaters and no stringing of adhesive. The open time of three minutes is sufficient for assembly of a wide variety of applications. Green strength development of greater than 50 psi in 15 seconds holds difficult substrates together after combining. Long term aging studies show excellent retention of adhesive properties.

FA4844 is a single part Tie Cement specifically designed for use in the installation of protective low plasticized PVC sheet in holding tanks, chrome-plating baths, hydroelectric and other power generating facilities. Use in conjunction with our PC 4426 Primer for bonding low plasticized PVC liner to sandblasted metals, concrete, fiberglass and wooden tanks which are subject to standard operational temperatures ranging from - 20 deg. F. to 160 deg. F. Available in Neutral or Black, FA 4844 is characterized by an aggressive building tack throughout its 30-minute bonding range. It rapidly develops a high strength, resilient bond between the liner and pre-primed tank substrate. The combination primer / tie cement system typically yields a bond strength of 20 lbs. per linear inch between the liners and referenced tank substrates after 14 days and demonstrates excellent resistance to grease, oils, and water.

U3325 is a high viscosity UV-curable adhesive known for its excellent bonding properties on a wide range of plastics. Its strength and flexibility make it particularly suitable for bonding dissimilar substrates. The thixotropic viscosity ensures minimal migration, making it ideal for applications where precise placement is essential.

Rakoll® GXL 3 is an easy-to-apply adhesive that is suitable for many processing conditions and provides very strong bonding. As a PVAc adhesive, it meets the requirements of class D3 as a one-component product. When mixed with Rakoll® GXL-3-Härter, it meets the requirements for the D4 standard DIN EN 204.

RBUV213A is a single-component, low-viscosity anaerobic thread-locking adhesive with a UV-initiated surface cure component.
