HydroArmor® 7755 is a sprayable latex coating designed for use on aluminum, fiberglass, cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and most metal primers. HydroArmor® 7755 is formulated to give very good corrosion protection when applied as thinly as 20 mils wet. This low viscosity, sag-resistant coating can be easily sprayed onto exposed underbody areas and into restricted areas such as tubing and "hidden" areas accessible only with spray wands. Wet film builds of 30 mils or more can be applied without runs, drips, or sags.

H.B. Fuller HMC-7RC is a hot-applied butyl rubber-based adhesive and sealant that bonds to various substrates and creates a permanent seal against moisture, dust, and air intrusion. H.B. Fuller MP54110 is a two-part unfilled epoxy adhesive designed for bonding of metals, ceramics, and most plastics. This product gives good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. This product has better water and temperature resistance than standard 5-minute epoxy. It was specially formulated to a 1:1 mix ratio for use in either MMD equipment or side-by-side dual cartridges for easy dispensing. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 30 - 60 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.

H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is a sprayable water-based intumescent coating designed to add a layer of protection in case of a thermal event in a battery pack. When exposed to flames, the coating will create an insulative layer that prevents direct contact of the flames to the substrate’s surface. This layer provides insulation against the flames and helps slow heat transfer through the coated substrate. H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is formulated to adhere to a variety of common battery pack substrates, including steel, aluminum, e-coat, and ABS plastic. This coating can be easily applied onto battery pack components, and wet film builds of 0.030" can be applied without runs, drips, or sagging.

H.B. Fuller MP54420 is a two-part epoxy hybrid adhesive designed for bonding metals and plastics with quick curing at room temperature to a tough, semi-rigid material. It features controlled flow characteristics that provide good wetting without excessive running or dripping, as well as excellent vibration and impact resistance. The product also resists water spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. The recommended 2A:1B volume mix ratio is ideal for use in side-by-side dispensing cartridges and metering, mixing, and dispensing equipment. At room temperature, MP54420 reaches a handle cure within 6–12 hours, but cure time can be accelerated with heat. It's worth noting that cooler temperatures increase work and cure times, and substrate heat-up time should be taken into account.

Cool Cover™ TPO Edge Sealant is a high-solids, low-VOC, elastomer-based white edge sealant designed to seal the exposed edges of TPO membrane splices and laps. Fuller EV Bond 343 is a medium-hardness, semi-flexible two– component polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding applications requiring resilient bonds, non-sag application and enhanced adhesion to flexible substrates. EV Bond 343 is suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, natural rubber, thermosetting polymers and select types of unprepared thermoplastic substrates such as ABS, polycarbonate and nylon.

ElastiSeal® WSS-2M is a high-viscosity, non-drying, butyl-based sealer used for automotive weather strips.
