p>swift®prime 1153 is a water-based primer for PVC foils.
*Because of the many different materials available on the market, adhesion-tests are recommended.

Instruction for Use
  • Stir up swift®prime 1153 well prior to use.
  • PVC-foils are recommended pre-heated and corona treated before the primer application.
  • swift®prime 1153 is recommended use as 1K. In some special applications, swift®prime 1153 could be also mixed with swift®hardener 9338N, the mixed pot life is within 8h(20oC).
  • swift®prime 1153 should be applied thin and equal by gravure roller or doctor blade. After cooling down to room temperature, the foils can be rolled up.
