Foster® 40-20™ Fungicidal Protective Coating is a polyacrylate copolymer emulsion designed for long-term fungicidal effectiveness that remains active even as it ages. This formulation is highly effective at inhibiting the growth of mold and odor-causing bacteria on its surface. It offers a resilient, elastic, and decorative finish that accommodates movement without developing crevices where bacteria can lodge.

TEC® LiquiDam™ Penetrating Moisture Vapor Barrier (213) is a low-viscosity, high-penetration, two-part, 100% solid epoxy. It is specially formulated to be applied to damp or new concrete, as little as 48 hours old, with a moisture vapor emission rate (MVER) less than or equal to 25 lbs. per 1,000 ft² per 24 hours (0.12 kg/m² per 24 hours) or a maximum relative humidity of 100%. It is designed to reduce the MVER to less than 3 lbs. per 1,000 ft² per 24 hours (0.015 kg/m² per 24 hours). LiquiDam™ is colored blue for visual assurance of coverage during the application process. Only one coat is required to penetrate and fill voids and gaps to fully seal the substrate, which quickly cures in as little as 4 - 5 hours to provide the benefit of same-day installation. LiquiDam™ is a moisture vapor barrier for the installation of floor coverings, tile, stone, and concrete toppings. Ideal for use with other TEC® adhesive, patch, underlayment, leveler, and mortar products.

Foster® Sealfas® Coating 30-36AF is a specially formulated, white indoor coating intended for use over thermal insulation in areas with high humidity and elevated temperatures. It is designed to resist mold, fungus, and mildew growth on its surface, thus protecting the insulation system. This coating also serves as an adhesive for canvas and glass-lagging cloth when additional fungal resistance is required. It offers excellent brushing characteristics, ensuring better coverage and uniformly coated surfaces.

Childers® Chil-Perm® CP-30 Low Odor Vapor Retarder Coating is a highly effective coating designed for low-temperature applications. It has a unique consistency in its wet state, making it suitable for heavy or thin film applications. This coating is formulated with an elastomeric resin, resulting in a tough and flexible dry film with strong adhesive properties.

Foster® Chil-Lock CP-240 Asbestos Removal Agent/Post Removal Sealer is an economical, fire-retardant, polymeric water-based asbestos removal agent and post-removal sealer. In its role as a post-removal sealer, it is specifically designed to mist, securely bind, and seal free asbestos fibers and any residual asbestos-containing material (ACM) remaining after removal. This highly effective solution firmly locks ACM onto cleaned, exposed surfaces and polyethylene sheeting within the containment area, preventing the release of loose fibers into the air.

MP-150 Concrete Primer is a rubber-based, air-dry solvent primer made from synthetic polymers and resin. It conditions surfaces to enhance adhesion between butyl tape sealants and concrete, with a consistency that allows dripless brush application. Ideal for fresh, damp, dusty, or rough concrete surfaces.

Foster® Fire Resistive C.I. Mastic™ 65-05 is a robust, high-solids mastic designed to function as both a vapor retarder and weather barrier for outdoor thermal insulation applications. This mastic offers excellent weather and fire resistance, making it a suitable alternative to traditional asphalt cutback mastics.

Lunamelt™ GG13 is a coating wax specifically designed for cheese wrappers. It provides excellent slip properties and complies with all components listed in EU 10/2011 without a Specific Migration Limit (SML). This coating wax is commonly used in flexible packaging applications for cheese wrappers.

H.B. Fuller SC0762-001 is a solvent primer that dries quickly and is designed for polyvinyl chloride and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PVC/ABS). This is a featured product used for pre-treating foils to enhance hot melt adhesion in window frames and fenestration applications.

Apollo Roofing RoofPrime Self-Adhered Membrane Primer is a solvent-based self-adhered membrane primer made from synthetic rubber. It is specifically formulated for activating AVCL layers, SA membranes, and torch-on systems. This primer has a fast drying time, which helps minimize project time. It can be easily applied using a brush, roller, or spray method. It is used for improving the adhesion properties of roof decks and treating porous and dusty surfaces, making it suitable for single-ply membrane adhesives.

HydroArmor® 7720 is a latex coating that prevents water from wicking into boat flooring, bus flooring, and recreational vehicle walls. Childers® Chil-Low™ CP-38 Vapor Retarder Coating is a high-solids, water-based, and flexible coating designed for use as a vapor retarder over various types of thermal insulation, including polystyrene foam. CP-38 is UV-resistant and has a mild, latex "paint-type" odor. It is formulated for use on pipes, vessels, ducts, and equipment that operate within a range of cryogenic to ambient temperatures.
