Childers® Chil-Low™ CP-38 Vapor Retarder Coating is a high-solids, water-based, and flexible coating designed for use as a vapor retarder over various types of thermal insulation, including polystyrene foam. Swift®prime 4611 is a water-based primer specifically formulated for enhancing the adhesion of ABS, PVC, and PP foils. Additionally, it is suitable for decorative edges and foils, providing excellent performance in various applications.

Millennium Universal Primer is an all-purpose water-based primer designed for use with the entire Millennium family of products. The primer is easy to apply and requires no mixing. A red tint offers easy recognition of areas where the primer has been applied.

H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is a sprayable water-based intumescent coating designed to add a layer of protection in case of a thermal event in a battery pack. When exposed to flames, the coating will create an insulative layer that prevents direct contact of the flames to the substrate’s surface. This layer provides insulation against the flames and helps slow heat transfer through the coated substrate. H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is formulated to adhere to a variety of common battery pack substrates, including steel, aluminum, e-coat, and ABS plastic. This coating can be easily applied onto battery pack components, and wet film builds of 0.030" can be applied without runs, drips, or sagging.

HydroArmor® 7763 is a sprayable latex coating designed for use on aluminum, fiberglass, cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and most metal primers. It is formulated with additives to improve adhesion to oily metals. It provides very good corrosion protection, even when applied as thinly as 10 mils wet. This low-viscosity, sag-resistant coating can be easily sprayed onto exposed underbody areas and into restricted areas such as tubing and "hidden" areas accessible only with spray wands. Wet film builds of up to 20 mils can be applied without runs, drips, or sags.
