H.B. Fuller EV Therm 601 is a one-component UV curable technology that is thermally conductive, flame retardant, and electrically insulative. This material provides an optimum coating with a minimum coating thickness of 150 microns and encapsulation protection for electronic assemblies and components. This material was designed to be thermally conductive and is recommended for use with heatsinks, heat spreaders, cold plates, cooling tubes, and other thermal dissipation applications.

Flexel™ FN2100 is a reactive, low-temperature heat-activated adhesive film specifically formulated for bonding metal substrates like aluminum or stainless steel. FN2100 may also be used for bonding plastic substrates like ABS, PC, pre-treated olefins, textiles, and artificial and genuine leather.

H.B. Fuller FH1270 is a two-part polyurethane (PU) adhesive known for its high solids content and thermosetting properties. It is a non-toxic film used primarily as an insulating compound to coat printed circuit assemblies. This PU adhesive is designed to provide protection against moisture, mold, dust, corrosion, and other extreme environmental stresses. Its main applications include electronics protection and the insulation of electric motors.

Adcobond D18-221 is a range of high-performance, black, butyl, pressure-sensitive tapes. These tapes are extruded to conform to either round or flat profiles, adhering to specified dimensional tolerances. Unless otherwise specified, the material is protected on one side with a removable release liner.

H.B. Fuller 1510 is an anaerobic flange sealant known for its excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemicals. It is specifically designed for sealing rigid flanges in various applications. This product is commonly used in powertrain systems for rigid flange sealing. Its reliable performance makes it a preferred choice for ensuring effective sealing properties in demanding environments.

H.B. Fuller UV890SF-150D is a 1-part UV-curable conformal coating adhesive. It is a single-component adhesive with low viscosity and solvent-free properties. It can be applied using a brush, dip, or spray method. It is commonly used to protect printed circuit boards (PCBs) in various high-reliability applications, making it an ideal conformal coating material for electronic components, including electric motors.

H.B. Fuller 12623 is a one-component, water-based, high-temperature sprayable contact adhesive. It is specifically designed for bonding various porous surfaces, particularly open-cell polyurethane foams. This adhesive is excellent for both wet mated and dry mated processes, and it effectively maintains the softness and feel of foam and fabrics.

Tonsan® MS1937 is a high-quality, neutral, elastic single-component adhesive/sealant based on MS-Polymer, which cures by reaction with moisture to an elastic product. The skin formation and curing time are dependent on humidity and temperature, and the curing time also depends on joint depth. By increasing the temperature and moisture, these times can be reduced; low temperatures as well as low moisture retard the process.

HS Butyl 0390 is a high-performance butyl tape designed for sealing joints. It is flexible, conformable, and offers strong chemical resistance. This ready-to-use tape provides a durable sealing solution for various applications requiring high performance and reliability, such as joints in vehicles, roofing and cladding systems, and in more aggressive environments, such as slurry tanks.

WS-8020RC Class B is a rapid cure two component polysulfide sealant. The cured sealant has excellent fuel resistance as well as outstanding sealing characteristics at temperatures ranging from -65°F (54°C) to 250°F (121°C), including intermittent exposure up to 360°F (182°C). It exhibits excellent elastomeric properties and retention after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline. The uncured product is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature forming a resilient rubber, exhibiting outstanding sealing.

 

Adcotherm HMC-7RC is a hot-applied butyl rubber-based adhesive and sealant that bonds to various substrates, creating a permanent seal against moisture, dust, and air intrusion. It exhibits excellent adhesion to glass, EPDM, PVC, and painted metal substrates and is highly resistant to both interior and exterior environmental conditions.

Tonsan® AR106 is an anaerobic sealant known for its thixotropic viscosity and high-strength properties.
