Tuskbond Infusion 707 - 22L Canister is a mist spray adhesive developed to hold reinforcement fibres in place during RTM applications. The specially developed mist spray pattern provides a soft, non-dimpling glue line that is perfect for areas that need to maintain a smooth, aesthetic finish and won’t soak into fibres. It also maintains its tack which allows reinforcements to be repositioned if needed.

Körapox BS 85 is an epoxy adhesive with reactive chemistry. It creates an anti-slip surface and offers good abrasion resistance and UV resistance. It is commonly used in floor coatings, such as in refrigerated vehicles, specialty vehicles, busses, trucks, and commercial vehicles.

Körapur® 177 is a one-component, flexible and high-performance direct glazing sealant designed for vehicle glass. The product is a polyurethane-based sealant that prevents contact corrosion in aluminum-body vehicles and is suitable for use with integral aerials. It has good stability and workability, with a non-sag consistency that makes it easy to apply.

Köratac GM 530 is a one-step adhesion promoter that offers good hydrolysis stability and temperature stability. It has a broad adhesion spectrum, allowing for effective bonding to various thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV) materials. This product is commonly used in the extrusion and injection molding processes of TPE and TPV materials.

Rapidex® NP 2075 T is a hot melt adhesive that enables strong assemblies. It is widely used in automotive interior applications, specifically for attachments. ElastiSeal® 6098 is a non-flowing sealant that is designed to waterproof and prevent corrosion in spot weld assemblies. This sealant permits welding with conventional spot welders. It prevents moisture and oxygen from entering the joint and provides corrosion protection to the area that cannot be coated with primer. The sealant disappears from the area of the weld but retains a tight seal around the weld spot. The weld strengths are unchanged by the use of ElastiSeal® 6098.

LCA-4 is a highly filled gyro grade epoxy adhesive that has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, good dimensional stability, and excellent chemical resistance. It is proving useful in applications requiring bonding or hermetic sealing of metal, ceramic, glass and other substrates.

Thermonex® 115-02A is a press laminator with a focus on interior applications. It primarily serves the automotive and transportation markets, specifically focusing on applications within automotive interiors.

Körapur® 128 is a self-leveling sealant known for its good humidity and weather resistance. It can be applied to roofs and is suitable for sealing purposes. This sealant is also overpaintable, allowing for further customization. It is commonly used in various applications, such as RVs, specialty vehicles, busses, trucks, and commercial vehicles, for effective roof sealing.

Körapur® 840 is a semi-structural, two-part system of polyurethane adhesive and sealant that utilizes polycondensation curing. It is beige colored and has high impact strength and no significant shrinkage during curing. Additionally, this product offers a wide range of pot life profiles.

H.B. Fuller EV Bond 343 is a medium-hardness, semi-flexible two– component polyurethane adhesive designed for bonding applications requiring resilient bonds, non-sag application and enhanced adhesion to flexible substrates. EV Bond 343 is suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, natural rubber, thermosetting polymers and select types of unprepared thermoplastic substrates such as ABS, polycarbonate and nylon.

EternaBond® RVSeal is a pressure-sensitive tape made of synthetic rubber. It features extreme adhesion and utilizes Advanced MicroSealant® Technology to provide a permanent seal. This tape is UV-stabilized, waterproof, and forms a moisture-proof and airtight barrier. It exhibits excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates. EternaBond® RVSeal is commonly used for one-step sealing of roof joints (seams) in RVs, trucks, trailers, and busses. It can be cut and folded around objects and can also be used for sealant tapes and patches.

Tonsan STP1921 is a high quality, neutral, elastic single component adhesive/sealant based on Silane-terminated Polymer, which cures by reaction with moisture to an elastic product. The skin formation and curing time are dependent on humidity and temperature, and the curing time also depends on joint depth. By increasing the temperature and moisture these time can be reduced; low temperature as well as low moisture retard the process. STP 1921 is a good compromise between an adhesive and a sealant based on Silane-terminated Polymer. STP 1921 is suitable for elastic seal which also high strength is required. STP 1921 is odourless and free of solvents, isocyanates, silicones and PVC. It demonstrates good adhesion without primer to many substrates and is compatible with suitable paint systems. The sealant also demonstrates good UV resistance and therefore can be used for interior and exterior applications.

KALAR® 5265 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5265 is amber in color and is a more tightly cross-linked butyl rubber than KALAR® 5215. It is designed as the starting point product for butyl sealants that require higher modulus and/or superior durability at elevated temperatures.
