Application Guidelines

• Cilbond R-7327 must be stirred well before use
• Preferably high speed propellor or paddle type agitator.

Cleaning Information

• Clean tools immediately after use.
• Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically.
• Cleaner for Tools Toluene, Xylene, Methyl ethyl ketone

Preparation Information

• For most substrates pretreatment is necessary to achieve good adhesion.
• Surface Requirements - Free of rust, Grit blasted or other approved surface treatments, Clean, Free of grease, Free of dust, Free of oil

Processing Information

• Suitable Elastomers - Natural rubber (NR), Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), AEM/Vamac® G, EPDM, Natural Rubber (EV), Natural Rubber (SEV), Natural Rubber (WDK NR60H)
