Application Guidelines
  • Cilbond 23 must be stirred well before use
  • Preferably high speed propellor or paddle type agitator.
Cleaning Information
  • Clean tools immediately after use.
  • Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically.
  • Cleaner for Tools - Toluene, Xylene, Methyl ethyl ketone
Preparation Information
  • For most substrates pretreatment is necessary to achieve good adhesion.
  • Surface Requirements - Free of rust, Grit blasted or other approved surface treatments, Dry, Clean, Free of grease, Free of dust, Free of oil
Processing Information
  • Suitable Elastomers - Natural rubber, Styrene butadiene rubber, Chloroprene Rubber, Polybutadiene, Synthetic polyisoprene rubber, Polyepichlorohydrin, Polyacrylate rubbers, Chlorosulphonated polyethylene, Carboxylated NBR, Ethylene vinyl acetate EVA (EVM), HNBR
