Functional Adhesives

H.B. Fuller GI9633 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of metals, plastic, and composite materials without surface preparation. Combined at a 1:1 ratio, it has a working time of 20 to 40 minutes and achieves approximately 50% of ultimate strength in 3 hours at 23°C. This product has designed for use on large structures where a moderate open time is needed. In addition, this product provides a unique combination of excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and super toughness.

H.B. Fuller FH8008 is a single-component, heat-curable, reworkable epoxy CSP/WLCSP underfill material. It’s designed for flowing quickly and filling the entire gap under the chip at room temperature. This material is easy to rework while possessing better adhesion and electrical properties.

U3342 is a medium viscosity UV-curable adhesive that bonds effectively to a wide range of plastics, glass, and ceramics. It is particularly effective on PMMA and polycarbonate, offering impact resistance on both similar and dissimilar substrates.

H.B. Fuller MP5401 is a one-component, heat-curable, thixotropic epoxy paste adhesive. It is a non-sag adhesive that forms strong bonds to metals and ceramics. H.B. Fuller MP5401 has exceptional thermal stability and resistance to water, humidity, and solvents. This product offers high heat resistance and cures in less than 36 seconds via induction or infrared heating. Its typical uses include permanent magnet motors and loudspeaker assembly, air conditioning joint tubes and processors, high-temperature structural bonding, filter end caps, and side seam assembly.

H.B. Fuller MP5405 is a two-part unfilled epoxy adhesive designed for ceramics and most plastics. It cures to a tough, semi-rigid material with a free-flowing viscosity. It has good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. It was especially formulated to have a 1:1 mix ratio for use in either MMD equipment or side-by-side dual cartridges for easy dispensing. Handling strength is normally achieved at room temperature within 3 - 5 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.

H.B. Fuller EV Protect 5008 is an encapsulant used in adhesives and sealants. It is designed for electrical and electronics applications, specifically for parts and components in batteries and electric vehicles (EVs).

H.B. Fuller EV Therm 440 GB is a modified, highly engineered structural acrylic adhesive designed to provide excellent thermal conductivity while maintaining superior strength and performance properties across a wide range of temperatures and substrates. EV Therm 440 is an excellent flame retardant with a UL94 V0 rating. It allows control of the adhesive gap to a diameter of 0.25mm (0.01").

H.B. Fuller MP54190 is a two-part mineral-filled epoxy adhesive for bonding metals and plastics. It cures at room temperature to a semi-flexible material with good wetting properties for self-leveling and air release. It provides excellent vibration and impact resistance and good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. With a 1:1 volume mix ratio, it's suitable for use with dispensing cartridges and metering, mixing, and dispensing equipment. At room temperature, the adhesive reaches a handle cure within 16–24 hours, but heat can accelerate curing, with typical times and temperatures ranging from 2 hours at 65°C to 20 minutes at 100°C. Work and cure times will increase at cooler temperatures.

Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade (Low Viscosity Insulation) Adhesive is a two-component, essentially VOC-free, all-purpose, low-rise, polyurethane foamable adhesive that contains no solvents and sets in minutes. The application process is quick and easy, resulting in significant labor savings for the contractor. Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade Adhesive is dispensed through the Patented Millennium Cyclone Low Pressure Pump Cart* (by Garlock) or an approved low pressure pump cart that equally mixes Part 1 and Part 2 of the adhesive, providing a quality, consistent application each time.

H.B. Fuller EY2536 is a very lightweight, easily spread epoxy compound for edge filling sandwich panels used in aircraft interiors. It wipes in cleanly and can be sanded smooth after an overnight cure at room temperature. H.B. Fuller EY2536 is self-extinguishing when tested per FAR 25.853, Appendix F.

H.B. Fuller EV Bond 383 is a thixotropic, toughened, two-component, ambient-curing epoxy adhesive. High impact resistance, moderate cure speeds, and good peel resistance characteristics make this system suitable for assembly or sealing of reinforced composite structures, metal bonding, or other applications where a toughened epoxy adhesive is required. This system contains dyes that fluoresce brightly with exposure to UV inspection lamps (black light).

Tonsan TS828 is a 10:1 ratio two-component methacrylate structural bonding adhesive. It is suitable for bonding various materials including metals and composite materials. The adhesive has fast curing speed, high strength after curing. Fixture time is 8~10mins under room temperature.
