Cilbond® 48 is a clear, single-component bonding agent designed for both cold and hot-cure applications (65-275°F/20-135°C) with castable polyurethane systems and injection-molded thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) systems on metal and plastic substrates. It provides exceptional corrosion resistance and offers the advantage of fast drying. Cilbond® 48 can be used without the need for a pre-bake process and has been specifically developed for use in dynamic conditions where hydrolytic stability is crucial.

H.B. Fuller FH8008 is a single-component, heat-curable, reworkable epoxy CSP/WLCSP underfill material. It’s designed for flowing quickly and filling the entire gap under the chip at room temperature. This material is easy to rework while possessing better adhesion and electrical properties.

H.B. Fuller EA6205 is a one-component, ultraviolet light-curable adhesive designed for LCD terminal pin bonding applications. The cured adhesive exhibits characteristics of high flexibility and toughness, good moisture resistance, and good chemical resistance. The product offers excellent adhesion to glass and is ideal for applications such as flat panel displays (FPD).

H.B. Fuller FH8301 is a single-component, heat-curable epoxy underfill encapsulant designed for flip-chip applications such as system-in-package and modules. It is designed for high adhesion and reliability. FH8301 is formulated to flow consistently without voids on die sizes up to 12 x 12 mm. This material can also improve the reliability of chip scale packages (CSP) and ball grid array (BGA) package assemblies.

Cilbond® 89ET is a versatile solvent-based adhesive designed for rubber-to-metal bonding. It serves as a one-coat solution suitable for various elastomer types, including EPDM to metal bonding. This adhesive offers a low activation temperature, making it ideal for tank lining applications. Cilbond® 49SF is a single-component bonding agent specifically designed for hot-cure applications (more than 160°F/70°C) with castable polyurethane elastomers and injection-molded TPU systems. It features a pigmented red color and is widely recognized as the industry benchmark for high-performance urethane bonding. Cilbond® 49SF has been developed to bond effectively with various materials, including metals, polyesters, polyamides, epoxies, and fiberglass reinforced plastics. It is highly recommended by leading urethane manufacturers and offers impressive in-service heat resistance of up to 265°F/130˚C (or up to 350°F/180˚C when used in combination with the Cilcure® B additive).

Cyberbond CB 1603 is a cyanoacrylate with extremely good properties for bonding rubber (especially EPDM) and plastics with each other or in combination. The aging properties of these joints are outstanding. The high viscosity allows certain gap-filling properties. It is fast-bonding and has a very high viscosity along with good aging properties.

Körapop 954 Marine is a one-component elastic adhesive and sealant that utilizes silane-modified polymer chemistry. This product is specifically designed for marine applications and is characterized by its high strength and non-sag properties. Körapop 954 Marine offers high flexibility and provides high adhesion to many substrates without requiring primers. Additionally, this product boasts exceptional resistance to UV, weather, and aging.

U3325 is a high viscosity UV-curable adhesive known for its excellent bonding properties on a wide range of plastics. Swift®col 1919 Blue is a solvent-based adhesive formulated with rubber as its base. This adhesive is designed for effectively bonding various materials. It is particularly suitable for bonding PP foam, PU foam, and fabric-based PVC with PP or ABS substrates. With its good spraying property and rapid drying speed, Swift®col 1919 Blue offers excellent performance. It complies with the national standard GB 33372 and boasts attributes such as strong adhesive properties, extended holding time, and outstanding resistance to heat and aging.

H.B. Fuller 2240 is a high-viscosity, rubber-toughened ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive. It provides superior shock and thermal resistance when bonding rubbers, metals, and plastics in harsh environments and displays excellent strength and flexibility on a variety of substrates. H.B. Fuller 2240 is tested to ISO 10993-5 for biocompatibility, making it suitable for use in medical applications.
