It effectively bonds to a range of surfaces, including metal, wood, and masonry. This adhesive is supplied in a virtually 100% solids form, facilitating immediate bonding for non-porous surfaces without the risk of solvent entrapment issues.

H.B. Fuller MP54420 is a two-part epoxy hybrid adhesive designed for bonding metals and plastics with quick curing at room temperature to a tough, semi-rigid material. It features controlled flow characteristics that provide good wetting without excessive running or dripping, as well as excellent vibration and impact resistance. The product also resists water spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. The recommended 2A:1B volume mix ratio is ideal for use in side-by-side dispensing cartridges and metering, mixing, and dispensing equipment. At room temperature, MP54420 reaches a handle cure within 6–12 hours, but cure time can be accelerated with heat. It's worth noting that cooler temperatures increase work and cure times, and substrate heat-up time should be taken into account.

H.B. Fuller UR4515G is a two-component polyurethane adhesive specifically designed for the structural bonding of metals and plastics.
