Application Information

Preparation

The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean, free of grease and free of dust. Mix adhesive and hardener thoroughly, by adding the hardener during firmly stirring.

Bonding

The adhesive is applied either with brush or by spraying on both substrates. After drying (flash-off time / waiting time at room temperature, can be acellerated by heat) the bonding is done in the deep drawing process. Sub- strates must be joint within contact life. Maximum tem- perature resistance will be reached after 3-4 days.

Cleaning

Water for fresh adhesive, when film is dried use Köra- solv PU or helmitin® 694.
