Cleaning Information

• Clean tools immediately after use.
• Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically. 
• Cleaner for Substrate - TONSAN®1755EF

Processing Information

• Suitable Substrates - Steel containers and Stainless steel.
• Surface treatment: The surface to be coated should be polished or sandblasted, and cleaned with TONSAN®1755EF cleaner or anhydrous alcohol. The surface should be coated as soon as possible after cleaning and drying to avoid rust, oxidation or pollution.
• Preparation: Pay attention to the accuracy of balance. Weight ratio is recommended.
• Mixing: When mixing, stir and roll in one direction to make the stripes of different colors of A and B completely disappear to the same color, to ensure uniform mixing
• Coating: Apply a little glue first, press down hard and apply repeatedly to make the contact surface completely infiltrate, fill and remove the air, then apply the remaining glue, leaving a processing allowance.
• Curing: The product should be cured at room temperature in accordance with the information provided in the product properties section. To achieve the best temperature resistance, heat curing must be carried out.
• Assembly (pressing): After sizing, the assembly (pressing) shall be completed within the operable time.
