Specifically developed for flat lamination applications, Rapidex® solutions can be utilized across a range of application methods, such as roller, slot, extrusion, or spray. This adaptability helps cut down scrap levels, supporting efficient processing whether at 10 or 80 meters per minute.

Swift®tak 5730 is a water-based adhesive designed for paper straw manufacturing. It has been s[ecifically developed for applications where good water resistance of the final bond is required. This adhesive boasts good water resistance and wet tack, making it suitable for use in moist environments. Its short open time allows for quick and efficient production processes, while excellent machinability further increases productivity.

Adecol® CA-9020 adhesive is made from natural raw materials (animal protein) in an aqueous medium with gel characteristics at ambient temperature and added stabilizing agents. Adecol® CA-9020 adhesive features excellent instant grip, coupled with the fact that it is applied hot and undergoes rapid gelatinization when cooling, fast fixation, and a short open time, allowing operations at high speeds and not generating stresses during drying.

Swift®tak 5050 is a water-based, starch-based bottom paste adhesive used for paper-to-paper bonding. It offers a clean application on roller applicators. It is commonly used for bottom paste applications on sacks, bags, and pouches in the bag and sack industry.

Swift®prime 4611 is a water-based primer specifically formulated for enhancing the adhesion of ABS, PVC, and PP foils. It is widely used in the woodworking industry to promote adhesion in edge bands and foils, ensuring a reliable bond. Additionally, it is suitable for decorative edges and foils, providing excellent performance in various applications.


Swift®prime 4611

Swift®bond 2139/1 + hardener 2111 are two-component polyurethane adhesives. It offers good shelf-life stability and has a fogging resistance of greater than 130°C. The adhesive provides excellent bond strength at temperatures greater than 120°C and demonstrates excellent in-lamp durability. It is designed to exhibit cohesive failure after exposure to various conditions. It also offers fast green strength.

Swift®lock 6811 is a reactive hot melt adhesive known for its versatility in membrane-to-fabric and fabric-to-fabric laminations. It exhibits excellent performance when used with slot-die application methods. This adhesive is suitable for high-cohesion applications such as brushed fabric to paper lamination and membrane to non-woven laminations. It finds usage in various applications, including brushed fabric to paper side lamination, membrane lamination, vapor barrier, abrasives, and sportswear in contract and workwear.

Swift®therm 8992 is a new hot melt adhesive crafted from high-quality raw materials and advanced production processes. It is specially formulated for paper bag handle-making applications, suitable for both flat paper handles and twisted paper handles. Swift®therm 8992 ensures smooth operation on stand-alone as well as high-speed machines, making it ideal for efficient production processes.

Clarity® PHL 4170CZP is a hot-melt adhesive with an aggressive bond on pick-up and overlap. It creates a virtually invisible glue line and has less bleed through on labels. It is commonly used for high-performance label application on PET and carbonated beverage containers. It is more aggressive than Clarity PHL 4167CZP in container labeling.
