It bonds to all metals commonly used in brake pad production, including Zn/Ni coatings.

Fulltak™ SE 8108 is a water-based adhesive widely recognized for its remarkable shear performance and exceptional temperature resistance. It is extensively used in the production of single-sided tapes for various tape labels and graphics applications, providing dependable strength and durability.

ElastiSeal® R-900 is a uniquely formulated one-part butyl adhesive/sealant designed to have excellent resistance to environmental temperature extremes and acid/alkaline conditions. ElastiSeal® R-900 forms a permanent flexible bond to a wide variety of substrates, including brick, concrete, metals, and plastics. It skins over very rapidly through solvent release and cures to a tape-like consistency.

H.B. Fuller 12243 is a water-based adhesive known for its one-component, acrylic formulation. It is a pressure-sensitive adhesive that offers good resistance to oils, solvents, and water. The adhesive exhibits excellent high temperature resistance and peel strength. It is also highly resistant to plasticizer migration and creep. H.B. Fuller 12243 is widely used for bonding a diverse range of materials.

SILAPRENE® DC13180 is a high-quality, synthetic rubber general-purpose contact adhesive that utilizes a hazardous air pollutant-free solvent system. It can be used for bonding foam, plastics, carpet, FRP, wood, various metals, and many elastomers, however, it is not recommended for highly plasticized materials.

H.B. Fuller 12786 is a high-quality, high-temperature-resistant contact adhesive made from synthetic rubber. It features a solvent system that is free of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). This adhesive has a fast setting time and offers high peel strength. It is commonly used for bonding a wide variety of substrates, including foam, carpet, fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), aluminum, wood, plastic, and more.

SILAPRENE® HAPs Free Sealant DC12781 is an exceptional one-part product that combines ease of application, versatility of use, high ultimate strength, permanent bonds and long service life. It is a high quality, HAPs FREE elastomeric sealant that provides superior adhesion to a variety of surfaces.

Cyberbond CB RM 88 is an anaerobic curing retainer that is specifically designed for use with dynamic loaded parts such as gearings, where a high strength and high-temperature resistance is required. It has a medium viscosity formulation that provides excellent performance and reliability, even under extreme conditions.

H.B. Fuller FH8620 is a one-component, low-temperature curing epoxy adhesive. This material features fast curing at low temperatures, low shrinkage, high adhesive strength, and adhesion to a variety of substrates. FH8620 will cure faster at an increased temperature. It also exhibits high and low temperature resistance.

H.B. Fuller HL6369 is a hot melt adhesive that has a long open time, excellent hot tack, and high as well as low temperature resistance. It shows good adhesion to metal and is suitable for bonding fiberglass insulation to metal as well as many other general assembly applications. This product has good initial handling strength and reaches its ultimate strength in about 72 hours.

Cyberbond CB 2244 is a partly flexible cyanoacrylate, also known as rubber tough. It allows dynamic and temperature-loaded bonds and guarantees certain shock-absorbing properties. This grade is also ideal for combination bondings such as metal-to-rubber or metal-to-plastic.For this range of products, CB 2244 has the lowest viscosity.

GSSI® MB-10A Sealant Tape is a hot-melt butyl tape. It offers superior cohesive and adhesive strength and withstands extreme roof temperatures. It also has excellent low-temperature compressibility and is resistant to cold flow and UV light. The sealant remains unaffected by building movement. It has a wide service temperature range and is available in various sizes and lengths. MB-10A is designed for metal buildings and meets sealing requirements for window glazing, air conditioning, and refrigeration. It is extruded on silicone-coated paper for easy application. The tape comes in different sizes and lengths, securely packaged in cartons for storage and export in metal roofing applications.
