Water-Based Adhesives

Swift®tak 4431 is a water-based adhesive. It offers specific features and benefits that are advantageous in various applications. This adhesive is designed for laminating cardboard to paper or to films such as PVC, OPP, POF, and treated PP and PE films.

Fulltak™ SE 7588 is a water-based acrylic adhesive known for its excellent film clarity. It offers a smooth peel with a medium build on both paper and filmic label stock. It is commonly used for peelable film and paper labels in tape labels and graphics applications.

H.B. Fuller WB2745N is a water-based adhesive known for its low adhesion performance and low solid content. It is commonly used for lamination applications, particularly in the production of bath tissue and paper towel.

FULLABOND 139 is a water-based adhesive known for its excellent wet tack and good water resistance. It is suitable for medium-speed production lines that do not require water-resistant bonds. Additionally, a low-viscosity version of the product is available, offering very good tack. It is commonly used in corrugated applications.

Hydra FAST-EN® DC-12623 is a one-part sprayable contact adhesive that is designed to bond various porous surfaces, especially open-cell polyurethane foams. The system is low-cost, highly stable, user-friendly, and allows for quick mating of surfaces after adhesive application. Hydra FAST-EN® DC-12623 provides good bonds in lay-flat scenarios and can be used with higher-strength urethane foams. Sprayed materials can be wet-mated (for lay-flat) or dry-mated (for stress scenarios). The final bonds are soft and supple. Other applications where the use of solvent-based, flammable, and non-flammable systems is a concern for either health or environmental reasons may also be suitable candidates for the use of this product.

It offers clean machining on all perfect binders and demonstrates excellent roundability and fast setting speed. This adhesive is commonly used for perfect binding and gluing off brochures, paperbacks, and book blocks in the graphic arts and bookbinding industries.

Flextra® PWF 1510HS is a urethane-based product offering excellent chemical and filled goods resistance, high bond strength, and heat resistance.
