Water-Based Adhesives

Swift®tak 4431 is a water-based adhesive. It offers specific features and benefits that are advantageous in various applications. One notable advantage is its high heat resistance, making it suitable for applications that involve exposure to elevated temperatures. Additionally, it is excellent for bonding thick foils, ensuring a strong and durable bond. Swift®tak 4431 is specifically used for membrane-pressed 3D cabinet doors, MDF (medium-density fiberboard), and PVC foils. It finds applications in the manufacturing of kitchen cabinets and counters, providing reliable adhesion in these specialized applications.

H.B. Fuller XR2859UB is a water-based synthetic resin adhesive that bonds difficult substrates. H.B. Fuller XR2859UB has UL10C Fire Rating (including HPL) and WDMA (IS-1A) certifications. H.B. Fuller XR2859UB is used for door lamination and cold and hot press applications.

Swift®tak 48647 is a water-based synthetic resin adhesive with good adhesion to a wide variety of coated substrates. Swift®tak 48647 has a fast speed of set and good wet tack. Swift®tak 48647 is used in profile wrapping for furniture components.

Swift®tak 5917 is a water-based adhesive known for its ideal performance in bonding paper to HDPE in combination sacks. It offers a good balance of wet tack and medium open time and provides a clean application on contactless nozzle applicators. It is commonly used for a variety of applications in combination sacks via contactless nozzle systems in the bag and sack industry.

H.B. Fuller WB2745N is a water-based adhesive known for its low adhesion performance and low solid content. It provides sufficient bonding while maintaining the softness of substrates, ensuring a clean running process. This adhesive is highly concentrated and can be diluted with a maximum of 1-2 parts water. It is commonly used for lamination applications, particularly in the production of bath tissue and paper towel.

FULLABOND 137 Yellow is a water-based adhesive specially designed for non-contact application. It can be used with Valco and HSS nozzles, ensuring precise and efficient application. With its fast-setting properties, it provides a clean cut-off and prevents build-up during running, making it ideal for corrugated applications.

Swift®tak 5367 is a water-based adhesive known for its high-performance pressure-sensitive properties. It provides strong adhesion to PE and OPP materials and offers a clean application on contact nozzle systems. It is commonly used for side seam applications via contactless nozzle on OPP laminated or untreated LDPE, as well as for cross pasting on bags, sacks, and pouches in the bag and sack industry.

Fulltak™ SE 7563 is a water-based acrylic adhesive specifically designed for general-purpose paper peelable applications. It provides a smooth peel with a low build profile and is compatible with chemi-thermal paper. It is ideal for general-purpose filmic and clear-on-clear labels, as well as tape labels and graphics.

Swift®tak 1960 is a high-performance transfer adhesive specifically designed for high-speed machines. It is optimized to function effectively in uncontrolled temperatures and even in the presence of contamination. This adhesive ensures a clean application process without the occurrence of angel hair or stains.

Hydra FAST-EN® 20073 is a water-based adhesive with a very low odor. It offers strong embossing and die-cutting performance, as well as high heat and moisture resistance. It finds applications in labels, decorative wrap, food packaging, and graphic arts in the flexible packaging industry.

FULLABOND 3911 PB is a water-based adhesive specifically designed for packaging applications, such as straight line gluing in the production of folding cartons. It offers excellent machining performance on high-speed wheels, with a high viscosity that prevents throwing or spitting on the machine.
