H.B. Fuller's Rapidex® reactive hot melt adhesives represent a sophisticated blend of the processing benefits of a hot melt with the robust end-use performance of a polyurethane. These adhesives consistently provide high bond strength and in-use stability to help facilitate line efficiency and productivity. Specifically developed for flat lamination applications, Rapidex® solutions can be utilized across a range of application methods, such as roller, slot, extrusion, or spray. Their versatility extends to both interior and exterior usage, offering flexibility in the product assembly process. This adaptability helps cut down scrap levels, supporting efficient processing whether at 10 or 80 meters per minute.

Swift®tak 5383 is a waterborne adhesive known for its excellent flow properties and wet tack. It is ideal for film, paper, and kraft paper substrates and can be applied using extrusion or wheel methods. This adhesive is designed for high-performance bonding, making it ideal for laminating and other packaging applications.

Rakoll® RK2009 is a water-based polyvinyl acetate adhesive that is a versatile Type I (WDMA) adhesive. It offers good water resistance and has UL10C Fire Rating (including HPL) and WDMA (IS-1A) certifications. It is used in veneer lamination, door lamination, and cold and hot press applications for furniture components and doors.


Rakoll® RK2009

FLX 595 carpet tackifier is a water-based, non-staining, low odor, solvent free, acrylic polymer, emulsion-based surface tackifier containing a blend of high-quality dispersions and water. It is odorless when dry and permanently tacky. It gives a permanent tacky bond for the floor coverings with felt, bitumen, PVC and other polymer backing underlays. This is also suitable for use over normal underfloor heating systems as well.

FLX 595

Rakoll® TPX1 is a water-based synthetic resin adhesive known for its outstanding machining characteristics. This adhesive meets the HPVA/ANSI Type 1 testing parameters and is commonly employed in furniture assembly for various furniture components within the wood and composites market.

H.B. Fuller UR2179 is a two-part, flame-retardant polyurethane adhesive system designed to withstand sustained loads. It is ideal for bonding metals, as well as plastics, including composites, acrylics, and polycarbonate.

KALAR® 5215 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. KALAR® 5215 is off-white in color and is a moderately cross-linked butyl rubber, providing an excellent butyl intermediate base for general-purpose sealants and tapes.

Hydra FAST-EN® 20885 is a water-based adhesive known for its strong chemical and alkaline resistant bond, excellent wet tack, fast bond development, and mechanical stability. It is commonly used in coated board stock and tobacco industry applications in the flexible packaging industry.

Swift®tak 3850 is a water-based adhesive with excellent machinability and water resistance. It is used in packaging applications, including food and beverage packaging, and is suitable for use with bottles, glass, and aluminum foils.
