Swift® tak 2050 is used for coating various materials.

Application Instructions

Application method: Roll coater, coating knife or notched trowel
Rotary jet nozzle: 2.3 – 2.5 mm
Material pressure: approx. 2 bar
Atomizing pressure: approx. 4 – 5 bar
Thinner: water
Coverage: 80 – 150 g/m², depending on material
This product can be hand applied with a fine notched trowel. When coating larger areas, it should be applied with a roll coater or coating knife. After drying the coated materials should be covered with a qualified silicone foil or paper. Drying time varies depending on temperature, amount of adhesive applied, and the material used. For some materials, such as textiles and foams, the adhesive should be applied to the silicone paper, allowed to dry and transfer onto the desired material.
