PVC TrimWelder™ Fill Flex offers outstanding flexibility and adhesion to PVC and was specially formulated to be used for expansion and contraction joints on PVC lumber and trim board. PVC TrimWelder™ Fill and Flex™ non-sag consistency is ideal for most vertical applications. It also works as a weather barrier for sealing windows and doors and has excellent gap-filling features.

  • For use as a filler only. For structural and permanent applications, use either PVC TrimWelder™ Fast Cure or Slow Cure.

Application Instructions

PVC TrimWelder™ Fill & Flex™ comes ready-to-use. Cut the tip to the desired bead size. Break the seal inside the nozzle and use a standard caulking gun to dispense. PVC TrimWelder™ Fill & Flex™ may take several days to cure depending on temperature and humidity.
