Rakoll® 5010 is a polyurethane-based hot melt adhesive that is free from hazardous labeling due to its containing less than 0.1% monomer isocyanate. This makes it an environmentally friendly choice for the workplace, along with providing high initial strength and versatility. Rapidex® 4001 is a reactive-chemistry PUR hot melt adhesive that excels in various aspects. It provides excellent green strength, aggressive hot tack, and good coater stability. One notable advantage of Rapidex® 4001 is its forgiving viscosity profile during application, which results in reduced scrape compared to typical PUR hot melts that are not specifically formulated for EWF (edgebanding, wrapping, and facing) lamination.

H.B. Fuller HL9679 is a reactive hot-melt adhesive known for its very high initial strength, making it particularly suitable for applications in the Summer. It is commonly used for honeycomb structure assembly, as well as for bonding doors and panels.

Rakoll® GXL 3 is an easy-to-apply adhesive that is suitable for many processing conditions and provides very strong bonding. As a PVAc adhesive, it meets the requirements of class D3 as a one-component product. When mixed with Rakoll® GXL-3-Härter, it meets the requirements for the D4 standard DIN EN 204.

Kömmerling GD116NA is a reactive chemistry adhesive with superior heat and weathering resistance. It exhibits excellent adhesion to glass and spacer materials and meets the ASTM E2190 and CGSB 12 8 standards. This product is commonly used as a polysulfide secondary sealant for insulating glass in windows and doors.

Rakoll® U 320 is a hot melt wrapping adhesive that was especially developed for decorative finish films made of chipboard, MDF boards, and solid wood with decorative finish foils, thin paper foils, as well as Alkorcell. It is a filler-free adhesive that provides a strong bond.
