Film Adhesives

H.B. Fuller HP008 is a single-component hot melt adhesive. This product cross-links through a chemical reaction with moisture found in the atmosphere and substrates to form a set adhesive. H.B. Fuller HP008 is a high-performance, high-green strength grade reactive hot melt with superior adhesion to a variety of substrates. It can be applied using roll coaters as well as hot melt adhesive guns. It is particularly suited for bonding EPS, PU foam, aluminum, steel, various plastics (PVC, ABS, and SMC), and rubber.

H.B. Fuller HL2081 is a pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive with high heat resistance, aggressive adhesion, and excellent cohesive strength that bonds well to low surface energy substrates. It is often used in industrial labeling, hook and lop, automotive interior attachments, tape constructions, and industrial assembly. H.B. Fuller HL2081 bonds well to most plastics, polyolefins, polypropylene, high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, and most paper stock.

H.B. Fuller MM-8805X is a hot melt adhesive that is designed to provide exceptional performance in a wide range of packaging and paper converting applications. This adhesive is formulated to offer high performance, very fast setting times, and excellent heat resistance, making it ideal for use in demanding manufacturing environments.

H.B. Fuller HL6415XZP is a foamable hot melt designed for use as a cabinet sealant in the appliance industry. It features excellent foam density reduction, low application temperatures, good heat resistance, high toughness, and easy clean-up from metal and ABS.

H.B. Fuller HL2278 is a solvent-free, UL-recognized spray-grade hot melt adhesive for bonding insulation to painted and unpainted metal. It contains no fillers and provides improved spray characteristics over filled adhesives. Excellent for bonding insulation to painted and unpainted metal and galvanized metal.

Rakoll® HM 2333 is a fast-setting thermoplastic hot melt adhesive with excellent heat resistance and good flexibility at low temperatures. It is also a hydrophobic material with good water resistance and can adhere well to low-energy substrates like plastic. Moreover, it doesn't stick to most decorative cabinetry finishes.

H.B. Fuller HL6737 is a foamable hot melt sealant designed for the appliance industry. It features excellent foam density reduction and, upon application forms a hard, resilient foam sealant. It has been specifically designed to be used in the appliance industry.

H.B. Fuller HL6369 is a hot melt adhesive that has a long open time, excellent hot tack, and high as well as low temperature resistance. It shows good adhesion to metal and is suitable for bonding fiberglass insulation to metal as well as many other general assembly applications. This product has good initial handling strength and reaches its ultimate strength in about 72 hours.

Flexel™ FN1000 is a reactive, low-temperature heat-activated adhesive film for bonding similar and dissimilar plastic substrates like ABS, PC, PBT, pre-treated olefins (low surface energy plastics), Polyamide, Polyimide, engineering plastics, SMC, FRP, GRP, and advanced composites. FN1000 is also very effective at bonding PET films, textiles, and artificial and genuine leather.

H.B. Fuller HL0705S is a polyolefin hot melt adhesive designed for general product assembly. It has a fast setting and a high green strength. HL0705S has good heat resistance, excellent chemical resistance, and acid resistance, particularly for battery acid. HL0705S bonds well to various substrates, including plastics, rubbers, polyolefins, wires, carpets, wood, PP, ABS, and fiberboard. Typical applications include air filter assembly, acid battery assembly, and medical hardware assembly.

Flexel™ EM9002 is a heat-activated adhesive film designed to bond plastic substrates such as ABS, PC, pre-treated olefins, textiles, artificial leather, and genuine leather at low temperatures. This adhesive film exhibits high fracture toughness, peel strength, and shear strength while maintaining flexibility. It offers excellent adhesion to plastics and textiles.

Flexel™ TPF4050 is a heat-activated adhesive film designed to bond ABS, PC, nylon, pre-treated olefins, and various textiles, including artificial and genuine leather. The film is supplied on siliconized paper and offers excellent adhesion to plastics and textiles. Its easy-to-use film form simplifies the bonding process.

Flexel™ FN2100 is a reactive, low-temperature heat-activated adhesive film specifically formulated for bonding metal substrates like aluminum or stainless steel. FN2100 may also be used for bonding plastic substrates like ABS, PC, pre-treated olefins, textiles, and artificial and genuine leather.
