PVC TrimWelder™ Slow Cure is a medium-viscosity, solvent-free structural adhesive system that provides flexibility, toughness, and surface adhesion for bonding all forms of PVC to themselves, metals, or wood. Cured performance shows excellent adhesion and bond strength to nylons, polystyrene, fiberglass, reinforced plastics, stone, ceramics, and most plain and plated metal components. This material can withstand thermal cycling and shock loading between dissimilar materials. Slow Cure is ready to handle in 90 - 120 minutes.

Millennium Hurricane Force® Universal Sealer Extreme is a fast-setting, solvent-free, multi-use universal sealer that becomes waterproof within minutes of application. Millennium Hurricane Force® Universal Sealer Extreme is a two-component product that cures via a chemical cross-linking mechanism. Unlike one-part moisture-cure sealants, Universal Sealer Extreme will cure consistently and quickly throughout, rather than simply skinning over and remaining tacky on the inside.

This material can withstand thermal cycling and shock loading between dissimilar materials. PVC TrimWelder™ Laminating Grade is ready to handle in 45 minutes and may be cut and machined in 1 hour.

WS-8010 Class B is an access door sealant designed to have very low adhesion characteristics and an excellent cure profile. WS-8010 Class B uses manganese dioxide as a curing agent formulated to have an outstanding cure profile. The uncured material is a thixotropic low sag paste designed to be applied by extrusion gun or spatula. The product cures at room temperature to form a gasket with very low adhesion characteristics.

WS-8072 Class B is a non-chromate corrosion inhibitive, light weight, fast curing polysulfide sealant. Two-part manganese cured polysulfide system with eco-friendly profile provides an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum and between dissimilar metals. AC-8072 B retains excellent performance characteristics at temperature excursions up to 360°F. Typical applications include sealing of fay surfaces of mating parts of aircraft structure to prevent corrosion and channeling leakage. WS-8072 Class B has outstanding retention of physical properties when exposed to aviation fuel and oils. It is a thixotropic paste with non-sag characteristics an able to be applied by an extrusion gun or with a spatula.

The uncured product is a low sag thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature forming a resilient rubber, exhibiting outstanding sealing characteristics.
