TEC® Totalflex XMS is an ultra-high-performance, one-component, moisture-curing modified silane adhesive suitable for various wall tile applications, countertops, and mosaic tile for shower floors. It is specifically designed for challenging applications, including gaged porcelain tile panels and slabs, exterior building facades, submerged use in pools, and clear and transparent glass. Total Flex XMS provides robust non-sag/non-slump adhesion, long open time, and extra smooth troweling. It adheres excellently to a wide range of substrates and tiles, and no mixing is required.

Foster® Sealfas G-P-M® Mastic 35-00™ is a high-solids, water-based, general purpose mastic known for its superb trowel and spray capabilities. This product is utilized for safeguarding thermal insulation and hard, dry cement coatings, suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Foster® Multi-Purpose Adhesive 97-15 is a high-tack, quick-setting, water-based adhesive specifically designed for various insulation applications. It is commonly used for bonding polystyrene foam insulations (both extruded and beadboard), fibrous glass insulation, and PIR/polyurethane board stock insulations to a range of porous substrates, including concrete, masonry, gypsum board, and more.

Foster® C.I. Mastic® 60-26 is a resilient and durable asphalt cutback mastic with high solids content. It serves as an effective vapor retarder due to its low vapor permeance, making it an excellent surface coating for outdoor applications, particularly for low-temperature insulation.

Foster® Elastolar® Sealant 95-44 is a flexible, fire-resistant sealant formulated with butyl elastomer. This vapor barrier sealant is intended for sealing joints in insulation (excluding polystyrene foam), metal, and masonry applications where maintaining a water-tight and air-tight seal is essential. It is suitable for use as a joint sealant in low-velocity duct air-conditioning systems and is particularly effective in sealing the laps of metal jacketing to prevent moisture ingress.

Foster® Vapor-Safe® Mastic 30-90 is a high-solids, water-based mastic with fire-resistant properties and flexibility. It serves as a vapor retarder finish for various thermal insulation types, including polystyrene foam. This mastic can be applied over dry concrete and finishing cement surfaces.

Childers® Chil-Lastic™ CP-79 Sealant and Coating is a versatile, high-temperature sealant and coating applied by trowel over various thermal insulations, except polystyrene. This asphalt-based coating creates a tough, durable, heavy film and can withstand elevated temperatures. Before putting hot lines, vessels, or tanks into operation, they should be cured at ambient temperature with proper ventilation to prevent the potential boiling out of the residual solvent.

Foster® C.I. Mastic® 60-25 is a robust and durable asphalt cutback mastic with high solids content. Its low vapor permeance makes it a suitable surface coating for outdoor applications, particularly for low temperature insulation, serving as an effective vapor retarder.

PVC TrimWelder™ Laminating Grade is a low-viscosity, solvent-free structural adhesive system designed for laminating unmilled PVC sheets and boards. Its lower viscosity provides greater flow-out with less clamping pressure to insure a thin, void-free bond. Cured performance shows excellent adhesion and bond strength in excess of the PVC. This material can withstand thermal cycling and shock loading between dissimilar materials. PVC TrimWelder™ Laminating Grade is ready to handle in 45 minutes and may be cut and machined in 1 hour.

SILAPRENE® M6324 Adhesive/Sealant is an exceptional one-part product that combines ease of application, versatility of use, high ultimate strength, permanent bonds and a long service life. M6341 is a high-quality, high-solids elastomeric sealant that provides superior adhesion to a variety of surfaces, and bond strength improves with age.

Foster® Cryogenic Adhesive 82-77 is a chemically curing adhesive with the capability to achieve high tensile strength and adhesion at room temperature. It effectively bonds to a range of surfaces, including metal, wood, and masonry. This adhesive is supplied in a virtually 100% solids form, facilitating immediate bonding for non-porous surfaces without the risk of solvent entrapment issues.

H.B. Fuller HAPS Free All Weather Sealant - 12724 is a gray, one-part, self-leveling adhesive and sealant that is free of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). It combines excellent weather, UV, and ozone resistance with easy application, ensuring a long service life. This high-quality sealant features a high solid content and elastomeric properties, allowing for superior surface adhesion to a variety of surfaces.

Childers® Chil-Fil™ CP-140 Duct Sealant is an affordable solvent-based duct sealant, flammable when wet, and intended for interior use. Its purpose is to seal holes, gaps, and joints within heating, ventilating, and air conditioning ductwork systems. The metallic gray color of this sealant complements metal ductwork seamlessly.

Foster® Air-FAS™ Duct Sealant 32-18 is an economical, water-based sealant designed for use on low, medium, and high-velocity ducts. It is UL-181 B-M listed, ensuring its compliance with industry standards. This non-fibrate sealant forms a flexible and durable seal to prevent air leakage. It is provided in a special thixotropic consistency, making it easy to apply using various methods such as a brush, glove, trowel, or power extrusion.

Foster® Fibrous Adhesive 81-27™ is an incombustible adhesive formulated with sodium silicate. It is primarily designed for bonding calcium silicate and expanded perlite thermal insulation to both itself and non-porous surfaces. This adhesive provides exceptional adhesion, and ideal working characteristics, and ultimately forms a hard, incombustible film with a brittle texture.
