Adhesives & Sealants

Cyberbond 7005 is a high-purity octyl cyanoacrylate adhesive. It is used in tissue and wound management, as well as skin closure and wound care, in the medical market. This product also meets the following standards: EN ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, EN ISO 13485:2016, and EN ISO 14001:2015.

Flextra® SFA 8250 + XR 1750 is a solventless adhesive system based on reactive chemistry. It is a high-performance solvent-free aliphatic adhesive system designed for retort packaging without PAA (Primary Aromatic Amine) formation. This adhesive system is free from epoxy silane, and organo tin.

Swift®tak 5625 is a water-based adhesive for paper straws. HS Butyl 2788 is an extruded butyl tape with a fixed PVC backing, designed for use in electrical applications. It is suitable for sealing cables, electrical connections, and junction boxes. Hydra FAST-EN® 20885 is a water-based adhesive known for its strong chemical and alkaline resistant bond, excellent wet tack, fast bond development, and mechanical stability. It is commonly used in coated board stock and tobacco industry applications in the flexible packaging industry.

BAMFutura® 48 is a hot melt adhesive designed for cartons, case sealing, and various other packaging applications. It provides good adhesion, heat resistance, and a long open time. This adhesive also ensures excellent substrate wetting, fast setting, and high hot tack, making it ideal for use in food packaging and packaging materials like folding boxes and trays.

Sesame® Easy Opening System is a reinforced tear tape designed to provide convenient and effortless opening of packaging without requiring a knife. This innovative system allows for easy access to the contents, making it ideal for various applications such as easy-open packaging and retail-ready solutions. In addition to its user-friendly functionality, the Sesame® Easy Opening System also enhances compression strength by eliminating the need for liner slitting.

Cyberbond CB AT 6065 is a flexible two component methyl methacrylate adhesive. It is especially suited for bonding metals to different plastics (e.g. ABS, PC, PVC, PMMA, Polyamide) and composites. Cyberbond offers these adhesives in double cartridges in 1:1 or 10:1 ratio with static mixing tubes. This allows an easy and quick application.

H.B. Fuller® HL-2966 is a hot melt adhesive that provides low tack and low staining properties, ideal for use in applications such as roll coating and extrusion. This adhesive is compatible with paper substrates and offers versatility in bonding applications. It is commonly used in the pressure-sensitive adhesive industry for packaging and other label applications.

H.B. Fuller GI9633 is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of metals, plastic, and composite materials without surface preparation. Combined at a 1:1 ratio, it has a working time of 20 to 40 minutes and achieves approximately 50% of ultimate strength in 3 hours at 23°C. This product has designed for use on large structures where a moderate open time is needed. In addition, this product provides a unique combination of excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance, and super toughness.

Tonsan MS1937 is a high quality, neutral, elastic single component adhesive/sealant based on MS-Polymer, which cures by reaction with moisture to an elastic product. The skin formation and curing time are dependent on humidity and temperature, and the curing time also depends on joint depth. By increasing the temperature and moisture these time can be reduced; low temperature as well as low moisture retard the process. MS1937 is a good compromise between an adhesive and a sealant based on MS-Polymer. MS1937 is suitable for elastic seal which also high strength is required. MS1937 is odourless and free of solvents, isocyanates, silicones and PVC. It demonstrates good adhesion without primer to many substrates and is compatible with suitable paint systems. The adhesive/sealant also demonstrates good UV resistance and therefore can be used for interior and exterior applications.

Tuskbond Infusion 707 - 500ml Aerosol is a mist spray adhesive developed to hold reinforcement fibres in place during RTM applications. The specially developed mist spray pattern provides a soft, non-dimpling glue line that is perfect for areas that need to maintain a smooth, aesthetic finish and won’t soak into fibres. It also maintains its tack which allows reinforcements to be repositioned if needed.

HS Butyl Polyband® is an extruded butyl tape laminated with a fixed polyester liner, designed for sealing lap joints in metal construction applications. It offers high tack, high performance, and functions as an effective moisture barrier with a low moisture vapor transmission rate. This ready-to-use tape provides durable sealing for applications requiring strong adhesion and moisture resistance.

Hydra FAST-EN® Bond Plus® 20277 is a water-borne, fugitive adhesive with a low viscosity and high solids formulation for pattern and extrusion applications. Specially formulated for fast drying and clean machining, it has excellent lay-flat, even on lightweight stock. This product boasts non-blocking, unsurpassed humidity resistance, along with excellent adhesion to rag stocks.
