H.B. Fuller EV Bond 700FR is a flame retardant grade non- reactive hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive (FR-PSA) with excellent bonding to polar substrates. The added FR package provides UL94-V0 rating performance and still allows for precise application at a wide range of production speeds in EV pouch cell battery bonding or as a process aid in EV Battery construction.

H.B. Fuller EV Therm 601 is a one-component UV curable technology that is thermally conductive, flame retardant, and electrically insulative. EV Bond 420GB allows control of the adhesive gap to a diameter of 0.25mm (0.01").

H.B. Fuller EV Therm 420 is a modified, highly engineered Structural Acrylic Adhesive designed to provide excellent thermal conductivity while maintaining superior strength and performance properties across a wide range of temperatures and substrates.

H.B. Fuller EV Bond 775 is a patented Hot Melt Moisture Cure product. It is a one-component polyurethane, 100% solids hot melt adhesive.This product has aggressive hot tack and cures in the presence of moisture to a tough, elastomeric film.

H.B. Fuller EV Therm 288 is a silicone-free gap filler, formulated exclusively for EV battery environments. This thermal interface material cures at room temperature or is accelerated with heat and provides excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, water resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance properties.

Swift®bond 2139/1 + hardener 2111 are two-component polyurethane adhesives. It offers good shelf-life stability and has a fogging resistance of greater than 130°C. The adhesive provides excellent bond strength at temperatures greater than 120°C and demonstrates excellent in-lamp durability. It is designed to exhibit cohesive failure after exposure to various conditions. It also offers fast green strength.
