EV Protect 4006 SFR offers battery design engineers the ability to increase the power density of their modules while enhancing safety and protection from thermal propagation. The ultra lightweight nature of the EV Protect 4006 SFR minimizes the weight impact to the battery modules. The semi-structural properties of the material also provide noise, vibration, and harshness benefits to the battery system by unitizing the battery module and absorbing external environmental impacts.

Foster® Cryolar™ 1K Vapor Stop Sealant 90-61 is a ready-to-use, one-component vapor stop sealant specifically designed for use in cryogenic applications. It is formulated with select synthetic rubbers to create an elastomeric vapor barrier film capable of spanning the temperature ranges encountered in cryogenic processes, including LNG, ethylene, and ammonia production. H.B. Fuller MP5405FLEXMV is a two-part unfilled rubber modified medium viscosity epoxy adhesive designed for high-speed bonding of metals, ceramics, and most plastics. It cures to a tough, semi-rigid material that is free-flowing in viscosity. It has good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases, and most organic solvents. It was specially formulated to a 1:1 mix ratio for use in either MMD equipment or side-by-side dual cartridges for easy dispensing. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 20 - 30 minutes, with full cure in 24 hours. An elevated temperature cure schedule can be used to reach final properties quickly.
