H.B. Fuller 45036/56666 (DOUBLE/BUBBLE® D-85) urethane blue is a rigid, two-component, extra-fast-setting polyurethane structural adhesive. It displays an excellent combination of shear and peel strength with good impact resistance. It is highly recommended for bonding engineering thermoplastics, SMC, laminated surfaces, and the repair of reaction injection-molded parts. H.B. Fuller 45036/56666 is recommended for substrates such as metal, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, tin, plastic, epoxy, polyester, phenolic, urethane, stone, glass, ceramic, and leather. This product can be used to repair urethane parts and is recommended for the repair of rubber hoses and flexible electrical connections. H.B. Cilbond® 49SF is a single-component bonding agent specifically designed for hot-cure applications (more than 160°F/70°C) with castable polyurethane elastomers and injection-molded TPU systems. H.B. Fuller 48173/58173 is an extra-fast setting, two-component, room temperature-curing epoxy adhesive. This system will cure at as low as -18°C (0°F). It has a convenient mix ratio, excellent cohesive strength, and bonds to most substrates, including concrete, ceramics, metals, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, epoxy, stone, wood, glass, china, and leather. It is recommended for fast patching, fixturing, and other repairs requiring quick handling strength. Two slower-setting versions of this system are also available, which include 58185, which sets in approximately 10 minutes, and 58269, which sets in approximately 20 minutes.
