H.B. Fuller UR2179 is a two-part, flame-retardant polyurethane adhesive system designed to withstand sustained loads. It is ideal for bonding metals, as well as plastics, including composites, acrylics, and polycarbonate.

FLEXOBOND 442 BLACK is a thermally conductive polyurethane adhesive with low outgassing properties. It is specifically designed for bonding glass diodes or other stress-sensitive components. This adhesive offers excellent electrical properties and high flexibility. It is well-suited for circuit board assembly and protection in space exploration applications.

LCA-24 is an electrically conductive adhesive containing 2 silver-filled for making electrical connections in applications where the high temperatures are necessary to make soldered connections that are detrimental to components.

LCA-4LV is a highly filled gyro grade epoxy adhesive having a low coefficient of thermal expansion, good dimensional stability, and excellent chemical resistance. It is useful in applications requiring bonding or hermetic sealing of metal, ceramic, glass, and other substrates. Compared to Adhesive LCA-4, Adhesive LCA-4L V is less viscous, has a longer working life and generally requires additional cure time to develop similar properties.

EY3804 is an epoxy resin known for its excellent performance in the composite field repair applications. LCA-9 is a filled gyro grade adhesive having an exceptionally low coefficient of thermal expansion. It exhibits excellent adhesion to aluminum and beryllium and has good chemical resistance.

H.B. Fuller EY2536 is a very lightweight, easily spread epoxy compound for edge filling sandwich panels used in aircraft interiors. It wipes in cleanly and can be sanded smooth after an overnight cure at room temperature. H.B. Fuller EY2536 is self-extinguishing when tested per FAR 25.853, Appendix F.

Royal Sealants WS-8035 Class B is a rapid-cure and lightweight polysulfide sealant specifically formulated for fuel tank sealing applications in the space exploration industry. WS-8072 Class B is a non-chromate corrosion inhibitive, light weight, fast curing polysulfide sealant. Two-part manganese cured polysulfide system with eco-friendly profile provides an effective barrier against the common causes of corrosion on aluminum and between dissimilar metals. AC-8072 B retains excellent performance characteristics at temperature excursions up to 360°F. Typical applications include sealing of fay surfaces of mating parts of aircraft structure to prevent corrosion and channeling leakage. WS-8072 Class B has outstanding retention of physical properties when exposed to aviation fuel and oils. It is a thixotropic paste with non-sag characteristics an able to be applied by an extrusion gun or with a spatula.

 

H.B. Fuller UR4515G is a two-component polyurethane adhesive specifically designed for the structural bonding of metals and plastics. This adhesive offers high lap shear strength, good thixotropy for easy application, and a good work life. It has a 1:1 mix ratio by volume, which is intended for easy use with automated dispensing systems.

WS-8032S Class B is ultralight density, high temperature resistant sealant. It has a temperature range from -65°F (54°C) to 250°F (121°C), including intermittent exposure up to 360°F (182°C). The sealant is designed for fillet sealing of integral fuel tanks and other aircraft fuselage sealing applications. It is a two-part manganese dioxide cured polysulfide system. The uncured product is a low sag thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature forming a resilient rubber, exhibiting outstanding sealing characteristics.

WS-8010 Class B is an access door sealant designed to have very low adhesion characteristics and an excellent cure profile. The product can be exposed to a temperature range of -65°F (- 54°C) to 250°F (121°C) without adverse effect. WS-8010 Class B uses manganese dioxide as a curing agent formulated to have an outstanding cure profile. The uncured material is a thixotropic low sag paste designed to be applied by extrusion gun or spatula. The product cures at room temperature to form a gasket with very low adhesion characteristics.

H.B. Fuller EY2562 is designed to fill the need for a strong, pourable, and lightweight filler for honeycomb core panels. It can be used to pot fasteners or as an edge closeout after the panel is trimmed to contour. It is fire retardant, resistant to long exposure to 350°F, and cures at room temperature in thicknesses in excess of one inch.

WS-8020RC Class B is a rapid cure two component polysulfide sealant. The cured sealant has excellent fuel resistance as well as outstanding sealing characteristics at temperatures ranging from -65°F (54°C) to 250°F (121°C), including intermittent exposure up to 360°F (182°C). It exhibits excellent elastomeric properties and retention after prolonged exposure to jet fuel and aviation gasoline. The uncured product is a low sag, thixotropic paste suitable for application by extrusion gun or spatula. It cures at room temperature forming a resilient rubber, exhibiting outstanding sealing.
