Foster® Chil-Bridge™ CP-211 is a polymeric, water-based coating designed for the protection and isolation of asbestos-containing materials (ACM). H.B. Fuller 1527 White, also called 1527SWT, is a white, UL-certified, one-component RTV silicone with super resistance to weathering and ultra violet (UV). This material has very good adhesion without the need for primers to a wide range of substrates. It can be used for a variety of interior and exterior bonding and sealing applications. 1527 White is formulated to perform at temperatures ranging from -54°C to 210°C.

It is field-proven and, upon curing, forms a tough, light-colored, washable, abrasion-resistant elastomeric coating. This coating effectively reduces the release of asbestos fibers from both conventional and spray-applied asbestos-containing materials (ACM). When used with glass cloth, Foster® Bridging Mastic Encapsulant-Lockdown 32-80™ is ideal for covering interior pipe insulation and boiler lagging.
