TEC® TotalFlex® 150 Universal Polymer-Modified Mortar TA-459 is a superior solution, blending high performance and polymer modification. Meeting the A118.15HTE standard, it offers an exceptionally extended open time and an incredibly smooth and creamy troweling experience. TEC® Wood Assure™ Premium Urethane Wood Flooring Adhesive and Moisture Barrier TA-804 is a premium, one-component urethane adhesive membrane that offers the convenience of not requiring pre-installation moisture testing. It can serve as both an adhesive and a moisture vapor barrier. TEC® Wood Assure™ is designed for various wood flooring types, including engineered, solid, or acrylic-impregnated wood flooring, as well as bamboo flooring. It is intended for glue-down installations and helps reduce moisture to acceptable levels when used as an adhesive and moisture barrier.

TEC® Releasable Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (749) is a high-quality adhesive with impressive strength and exceptional resistance to plasticizer migration. It serves various purposes, including the installation of carpet tile, fiberglass-backed flooring, and adhering cushion to substrates in the Double-Bond Method of Installation. This adhesive is also suitable for peel-and-stick vinyl tiles.

Hydra FAST-EN® Bond Plus® 20760 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene adhesive. It is a water-based product for use in bonding PVC flooring to a plywood base. It has a high solid content and can be sprayed, brushed, or roll coated. The bond line has water resistance and good resistance to plasticizer migration.

TEC® LiquiDam® EZ TA-214 is a one-part, highly engineered polymeric emulsion moisture mitigation formula. It is colored blue for visual assurance during application and requires two coats to fully seal the substrate. It dries quickly in as little as 3–4 hours and does not require a primer before applying TEC surface preparation products.
