TEC® VersaPatch® Latex Modified Floor Patch and Leveler TA-327 is a rapid-setting cement-based solution, meticulously crafted for patching and repairing floor imperfections. This versatile product adeptly fills cracks, voids, seams, and depressions on various floor surfaces, ranging from featheredge up to 1/2" (12 mm) deep. With a smooth and level finish achieved through flat trowel application, this solution ensures a seamless, non-cracking surface. The resultant surface provides an optimal foundation for the installation of a range of flooring options, including sheet goods, resilient tile, carpet, wood, and ceramic or stone tile.

TEC® Ultimate Premixed Mortar (130) is a premium, ready-to-use adhesive that is excellent for setting ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, quarry, and mosaic tile on interior floors and walls. Recommended for wall and floor applications with tile up to 20" x 20". The lightweight composition offers easy troweling, non-slip wall performance, and non-slump floor performance. If mortar meeting ANSI A118.4 is required, TEC Ultimate Premixed Mortar may be used for glass tile up to 8" x 8".

TEC® Ready-To-Use Grout (647) is a premixed grout that delivers durable, stain-resistant grout joints. TEC® Ready-To-Use Grout is for residential use in intermittently wet as well as dry areas. It can also be used to grout over existing premixed or cementitious grout installations. TEC® Ready-To-Use Grout is formulated with very fine particles of sand and may be used in grout joints as small as 1⁄16" (1.6 mm). TEC® Ready-To-Use Floor Patch is a fast-drying, water-based floor patch designed for use with all types of floor coverings. It comes in a resealable container for convenient storage and repeated use. This floor patch is commonly used in flooring installation projects, particularly in conjunction with acrylic interior adhesive.

TEC® Level Set® 500 HF TA-500 offers the perfect solution for expedited projects. This self-leveling underlayment, based on calcium aluminate, boasts high-flow properties, making it ideal for fast-track applications. TEC® Ultimate 6 Plus Mortar (487) is a high performance, polymer-modified, full-contact (full coverage) mortar designed for the installation of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile. Unlike other mortars, Ultimate 6 Plus has a unique combination of features that allow grouting in 6 hours while providing extended open time. It is ideal for all gaged porcelain tile panels and slabs and large heavy tile (LHT) installations. Ultimate 6 Plus significantly reduces the need for back buttering and has exceptional non-sag / non-slump characteristics for wall and floor applications.

TEC® Level Set® LW-60 TA-053 is a calcium aluminate-based self-leveling underlayment, specifically designed for applications where the weight of materials is critical in load-bearing structures. It stands out as an ultra-lightweight, high-quality, and easy-to-handle self-leveling underlayment. It provides a flat, smooth, and durable surface for finished flooring installation while being only half the weight of conventional portland cement or gypsum-based underlayments, weighing just 60 pounds per cubic foot.
