Foster® Chil-Lock CP-240 Asbestos Removal Agent/Post Removal Sealer is an economical, fire-retardant, polymeric water-based asbestos removal agent and post-removal sealer. In its role as a post-removal sealer, it is specifically designed to mist, securely bind, and seal free asbestos fibers and any residual asbestos-containing material (ACM) remaining after removal. UltraShield HY 17 is a premium quality, flexible, hybrid polyurethane-based waterproofing and protective coating ideal for roof, wet, and exposed surface applications. Upon full cure, it forms a tough, resilient, yet flexible coating. UltraShield HY 17 also provides chemical resistance against sulfates, chlorides, bacteria, oil, and common fuels.
