It is compatible with various substrates and surfaces, including vinyl, elastomers, rubbers, gypsum, plasters, concrete, and plywood. This adhesive is notable for its excellent water resistance, low VOC content, outstanding stain resistance, freeze/thaw stability, and low odor.

TEC® TotalFlex® 110 Universal Polymer-Modified Mortar TA-456 is the pinnacle of high-performance mortar, meticulously crafted for an array of applications. Foster® Chil-Lock CP-240 Asbestos Removal Agent/Post Removal Sealer is an economical, fire-retardant, polymeric water-based asbestos removal agent and post-removal sealer. In its role as a post-removal sealer, it is specifically designed to mist, securely bind, and seal free asbestos fibers and any residual asbestos-containing material (ACM) remaining after removal. This highly effective solution firmly locks ACM onto cleaned, exposed surfaces and polyethylene sheeting within the containment area, preventing the release of loose fibers into the air.

Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade (Low Viscosity Insulation) Adhesive is a two-component, essentially VOC-free, all-purpose, low-rise, polyurethane foamable adhesive that contains no solvents and sets in minutes. The application process is quick and easy, resulting in significant labor savings for the contractor. Millennium PG-1 Pump Grade Adhesive is dispensed through the Patented Millennium Cyclone Low Pressure Pump Cart* (by Garlock) or an approved low pressure pump cart that equally mixes Part 1 and Part 2 of the adhesive, providing a quality, consistent application each time.

TEC® Multipurpose Primer TA-560 is an acrylic latex-based primer designed for use with TEC® self-leveling underlayments. It can also facilitate the bonding of other TEC® surface preparation products and latex-modified thin-set mortars to challenging substrates like metal, glazed ceramic tile, gypsum-based underlayments, and concrete treated with specific types of curing compounds (silicate or acrylic resin curing compounds only). It's also effective for priming resin and metal backings on natural stone, allowing for installation with latex-modified thin-set instead of epoxy mortar. Additionally, it can promote bonding over cold-rolled steel substrates.

TEC® Totalflex XMS is an ultra-high-performance, one-component, moisture-curing modified silane adhesive suitable for various wall tile applications, countertops, and mosaic tile for shower floors. It is specifically designed for challenging applications, including gaged porcelain tile panels and slabs, exterior building facades, submerged use in pools, and clear and transparent glass. Total Flex XMS provides robust non-sag/non-slump adhesion, long open time, and extra smooth troweling. It adheres excellently to a wide range of substrates and tiles, and no mixing is required.

It creates a seamless and watertight surface over walls, floors, and ceilings.
