Applications & Uses

Bonding Application

• Coat the bonding surface with Ultraflex™ 4907 M.
• Wait for flash-off time before applying main adhesive coat.

Cleaning Information

• Clean tools immediately after use.
• Once cured, the material can only be removed mechanically
• Cleaner for Tools - Helmitin® 694 and Helmitin® 683

Injection of PUR

• Roughen upper material, if possible.
• Coat the bonding surface with Ultraflex™ 4907 M.
• Wait for flash-off time  before injection of PUR.

Processing Information

• Suitable Substrates - PU-soles, PU foams, Rubber
• Surface Requirements - Dry, Clean, Free of grease, Free of dust
• Application Method - Brush, Spraying, Wiping
• Rubber substrates should be roughened and/or halogenated with Icortin™ C 17
• Preparation - Adhesive must be stirred well before use.
