Ultraflex

Ultraflex™ 4010 Y is a solvent-based polyurethane primer specifically formulated for excellent penetration on leather soles. It is particularly suitable for greasy, hydrophobic, and loose-fibered leathers. This special primer is primarily used for priming uppers and general sole preparation in footwear applications.

Ultraflex­™ 4320 is a solvent-based adhesive that can be used as a one- or two-component system. It has a high heat activation temperature and offers high green strength, which means it provides strong initial bonding even before full curing. It is designed for sole and upper bonding in the footwear industry. Additionally, it is worth noting that Ultraflex™ 4320 exhibits excellent green strength even when used at a lower concentration than the recommended amount.

Ultraflex­™ 4355 is a solvent-based adhesive that falls under the category of one- or two-component systems. It offers the benefit of a low heat activation temperature, meaning it can achieve effective bonding at lower temperatures. It is used for sole/upper bonding in footwear applications, particularly for sole assembly. Even at half the recommended concentration, Ultraflex™ 4355 exhibits a low activation temperature, making it suitable for efficient and reliable bonding processes.

Ultraflex­™ 4814 is a solvent-based adhesive categorized as a one- or two-component system. It offers the benefits of a medium heat activation temperature and high green strength. This makes it suitable for sole or upper bonding in footwear applications. The adhesive exhibits a high level of green strength even at half the recommended concentration, providing reliable bonding results. With its medium activation temperature, Ultraflex™ 4814 offers a balanced combination of bonding performance and processing efficiency in footwear manufacturing processes.

Ultraflex™ Vorstrich PU/D is a solvent-based polyurethane primer that offers versatility, high quality, and long-lasting performance. It is specifically designed for priming PUR (polyurethane) and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) soles and parts. This primer is a two-component system and finds its primary application in priming soles for footwear manufacturing.

Ultraflex™ 56 is a solvent-based polyurethane adhesive specifically designed for the closing of endless sanding belts. It provides excellent durability over time and is well-suited for abrasive applications. Its primary use is in the endless belt closing process for abrasives.
