Preparation Information

The surfaces to be bonded must be dry, clean, free of grease and free of dust

Processing Information
  • Apply adhesive evenly with a suitable application method on the two parts to be bonded.
  • After the recommended waiting time (flash-off time) put the parts accurately together and press.
  • The waiting time depends on the ambient temperature, thickness of the adhesive film and absorbency of the surfaces.
  • The surfaces to be bonded should be placed together when the adhesive film is still slightly sticky but does not stick to the finger when it is pressed lightly.
  • The parts have to be bonded together at least within the open time.
  • Suitable Substrates - latex foam, nonwoven, polyether and polyester foams, polystyrol foam, hardboard,various metals, cardboard, various plastic substrates, felt, textile,wood
  • Application Method - Spraying and Brush
