Rakoll® 3404UV is a one-component polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesive that delivers great performance under typical testing. Adhesive selection is equally important. Rakoll® 3404UV provides a strong immediate bond and does not lose its strength after full cure. It is formulated to prevent the orange peel effect. Rakoll® 3404UV is a Universal Flat Lamination Reactive Hot Melt. It is suitable for bonding vinyl, PET, high gloss foils, HPL to particle board, MDF, melamine, plywood, and plastic composites.

Swift®lock 2U232-3N is a reactive chemistry PUR hot melt adhesive known for its fast curing, enhancing productivity on fast lines. It has a UL10C 3-hour fire rating and is often used in steel door manufacturing in the wood and composites market.

Swift®lock 4780 is a polyurethane-based reactive hot melt adhesive designed for versatile applications. It offers a brief open time, rapid setting, and strong initial bonding. Rapidex® 4001 is a reactive-chemistry PUR hot melt adhesive that excels in various aspects. It provides excellent green strength, aggressive hot tack, and good coater stability. This adhesive is commonly utilized in door manufacturing applications within the wood and composites market. One notable advantage of Rapidex® 4001 is its forgiving viscosity profile during application, which results in reduced scrape compared to typical PUR hot melts that are not specifically formulated for EWF (edgebanding, wrapping, and facing) lamination.

Rakoll® 5010 is a polyurethane-based hot melt adhesive that is free from hazardous labeling due to its containing less than 0.1% monomer isocyanate. It was specifically formulated for difficult to bond plastics, such as ABS and vinyl, to a wide variety of metals. It was designed to provide a good balance of properties. The rheology of the product gives excellent release from roll coaters and no stringing of adhesive. The open time of three minutes is sufficient for assembly of a wide variety of applications. Green strength development of greater than 50 psi in 15 seconds holds difficult substrates together after combining. Long term aging studies show excellent retention of adhesive properties.

Swift®lock 2U1091N is a reactive chemistry PUR hot melt adhesive specifically designed for garage door manufacturing within the wood and composites market.
