Adcobond AT-5 is a very high-bonding-strength acrylic tape with a foam core designed for superior bonding between various substrates. It features a uniform, high-tack, acrylic adhesive on both surfaces and effectively bonds to clean, dry, oil-free substrates. It's a pressure-sensitive tape suitable for a wide range of applications.

H.B. Fuller FH8302 is a single-component, heat-curable epoxy underfill encapsulant designed for flip-chip applications such as system-in-package and modules. It is designed for high adhesion and reliability. FH8302 is formulated to flow consistently without voids on die sizes up to 12 x 12 mm. This material can also improve the reliability of chip scale packages (CSP) and ball grid array (BGA) package assemblies.

KALAR® 5246 is a partially cross-linked butyl rubber compound pelletized for easy handling. KALAR® products feature all the performance attributes expected of butyl rubber. Millennium Primer 240 is a rubber polymer-based primer used to prepare the surface of single-ply TPO and EPDM roofing membranes for improved adhesion to seam tapes, cover tapes, and flashing tapes. Primer 240 has been formulated with VOC-exempt solvents for use in regulated markets where other solvent-borne primers cannot be used. This primer does not react with atmospheric moisture, allowing it to be opened and resealed for use at a later date.
