Köratac GM 600 is a one-step, water-based adhesion promoter used for extrusion and injection molding of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE). It offers good hydrolysis stability and temperature stability. Furthermore, it eliminates the need for cap sealing by gasketing, thereby improving quality.

HydroArmor® 7755 is a sprayable latex coating designed for use on aluminum, fiberglass, cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, and most metal primers. HydroArmor® 7755 is formulated to give very good corrosion protection when applied as thinly as 20 mils wet. This low viscosity, sag-resistant coating can be easily sprayed onto exposed underbody areas and into restricted areas such as tubing and "hidden" areas accessible only with spray wands. Wet film builds of 30 mils or more can be applied without runs, drips, or sags.

H.B. Fuller FH8731 is a one-part epoxy potting material designed for the encapsulation of electronic parts. Swift®therm 9054 is a hot melt adhesive with a long open time, good spray film, and flexible, moisture- and cold-resistant bondings. It is suitable for bonding various plastic materials to wood as well as textiles, felts, foams, paper, cardboard, and other materials.

H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is a sprayable water-based intumescent coating designed to add a layer of protection in case of a thermal event in a battery pack. When exposed to flames, the coating will create an insulative layer that prevents direct contact of the flames to the substrate’s surface. This layer provides insulation against the flames and helps slow heat transfer through the coated substrate. H.B. Fuller EV Protect 1000 is formulated to adhere to a variety of common battery pack substrates, including steel, aluminum, e-coat, and ABS plastic. This coating can be easily applied onto battery pack components, and wet film builds of 0.030" can be applied without runs, drips, or sagging.

H.B. Fuller FH4008AB is a two-component epoxy adhesive formulated for potting applications, particularly for circuit board protection. One of the key advantages of the H.B. H.B. Fuller EA6034 is a one-component UV adhesive that cures quickly and is specifically designed for reinforcing Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) applications. The adhesive dries to a non-tacky surface and offers excellent flexibility. Additionally, this adhesive is fast-curing and does not require mixing.

H.B. Fuller EV Therm 601 is a one-component UV curable technology that is thermally conductive, flame retardant, and electrically insulative. This material provides an optimum coating with a minimum coating thickness of 150 microns and encapsulation protection for electronic assemblies and components.
